I want to lose weight fast as possible help? -

CRASH diets can be harmful they never work well for anyone It is NOT healthy for anyone to loose a lot of weight @ once, the best is 2 lbs. a day eat healthy exercise @ least 30 mins a day , best to talk to a DR. about what exercise is best for you what heart rate you should be @ trust me, I have been there done that , get advice from a DR. before exercising best of luck

There s no way to efective lose weight in a short time. You must be patient. You should go on a strict diet, not on starvation diet but eatt less. More vegetables less sweats. And start doing some sport, running or swimming or sth else.

Try performing the exercise for 3 minutes at a high intensity; decrease the intensity for 3 minutes, before increasing the intensity for 3 minutes again. Repeat this 4-6 times depending on fitness level.Controlling your calorie intake is vital. If you do not eat enough calories, you body will go into survival mode and store more fat to cope with the period of fasting. The body will breakdown muscle to fuel bodily functions. Muscle loss slows your metabolism, which triggers the body to store yet more fat. Most weight loss caused by extreme dieting is water loss and muscle loss. Water loss is caused by a reduction in carbohydrates, which hold the water in the cells of the body, when carbs are cut down, the body loses its water. hi eat three to four small meals a day - dont eat pasta, bread or starchy vegies in the evening. eat them at lunch. also dont eat late at night and then sleep on a full stomach. do some exercise before breakfast - no diet softdrinks - drink water. remember you must burn more calories than you are burning off during the day. oh and dont buy pills or diet foods - they all a gimmic.

What should i do i am in middle school and everyone will make fun of me! I am just now gaining weight but i am also playing soft ball what else should i do?

thats exactly how i felt too. i was kinda fat in middle school and then like in 8th grade i decided to lose weight since im gonan go into high school and stuff so like during vacation that summer i lost 15 pounds and likee what i did was stop eating junk food, and sweets. i tried to eat like 6 meals a day and i only ate relaly healthy foods. i also exercized likee 3 times a weekk, but since you play softball, thats already taken care of. just watch what you eatt

Its not nice being heavy while going to school, getting made fun of is not at all. Best advice eat healthy and get active, softball is a good start. Cut out those sugar type snacks and drinks, eat more fruits and veggies and watch the weight go away.If there is a school nurse or maybe your go to your familly doctor and ask about how to eat healthy. I need to lose weight FAST!? -

I am 17..im 5 6 and i weigh 169lbs with a 31inch waist..I am a dancer so alot of the weight is muscle...I need to lose inches off my lower stomach and drop at least 19lbs!! any suggestions???I ve tried not eating and throwing up after i ate but it got so hard i was always very weak! so please Help!!!ThanksCharlieAnn

First off, to hear you say that you ve tried not eating and throwing up after is kind of offensive...I m seventeen as well and I have an eating disorder. You kind of sound like you re trivializing them.Second, if you are trying to lose weight, please PLEASE go about it in a normal way, by eating healthy and exercising. I know I m sounding like a total hypocrite right now but eating disorders are about so much more than just weight/weight loss, and getting mixed up into one is one of the the worst mistakes you could make...

I think that s going to be tricky. If you are breastfeeding you need to keep up your calorie intake so your supply isn t affected. Breastfeeding in itself burns calories. . .it s my experience that breastfeeding moms drop weight faster than non-breastfeeders because of this.
