Please tell me how i can lose weight fast! i am proboly 150 and about 54 i think.. please i need help? -

i want to look good in a bathing suit in front of my friends cuz she is lik sooo much smaller tan i am and in front of boys i dont wanna look like the biggest one there i am very self conious i really want lose weight but i dont no what to do... and i dotn want to spend a bunch of $ on a program! that wont work ...???? please tell me what i should do

Hey girl,Just a note before I start: crunches, push ups, situps, etc will not help you loose weight! THEY WILL MAKE YOU GAIN MUSCLE ON TOP OF DA FAT!!!!What you really need to do if you want to looseweight, is make sure you do these VERY importantthings:1. Have no more than 1,000 calories a day! Look onevery nutrition label of what you eat, and always buylow calorie foods!2. Exercise! But not for muscles! People get loosingweight and gaining juscle confused. The gym is goodfor tonning up muscles, but to loose weight, youreally have to run, jump, swim, and anything else thatreally makes you sweat, sweat, sweat!!!! Exercise forAT Least 1-3 hours a day!3. EAT HEALTHY! Some people skip breakfast and lunchand then have a huge dinner right before bed. That isabsolutely the worst thing you can do for your immunesystem! You will gain weight and will NEVER be able toloose it because your immune system will be screwd up!Make sure you have a large breakfast with no (orlittle) breads. Like one egg, 2 turkey sausages, andone waffle. Cereal and milk is good, but with 1% milkand no sugery cereal like lucky charms, fruit loops,etc.Have a medium sized lunch, no hamburgers, fries, orsoda. A salad or tofu, or chicken strips (not fried)or anything else yummy and helathy you can think of.But still watch the calories.Always remember to have dinner BEFORE 6 PM! A lightsoup with toast, or low calorie mac and cheese and asalad is good. Maybe a veggie low calorie lasgna.Also, dont EVER eat meat after 7 pm! Especially porkand beef. Chicken is ok, but eat it no less that 3hours before bed.No snacking on chips, chocolate, or any caloriefilled, starurated fat drenched, snacks during theday! If your craving for a snack, dried fruit orregular fruit or special K bars are good. BUT NOENERGY BARS, BECAUSE THEY HAVE TONS OF SUGAR!!!!4. Go to bed early! Did you know that the more yousleep, the more fat you burn? Thats why you are alwayslighter in the morning, by a pound or so.5. HAVE WILLPOWER!!!! You have to know when to tellyourself to stop! im 14 11stone 5ft 3 male i go to the gym 3 times a week but i see no improvments i really want to lose some weight fast any tips or ideas?

Go to the gym more and watch what you eat. You should probably be exercising 5 times a week for about an hour each time. You should be eating 3 healthy and well-balanced meals and HEALTHY snacks.

Here are a few tips;WHEN to eat for losing weight... ? Eat (at least) three times a day. Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That s the main reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight... you must eat (the right things, of course) ? Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.? Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try. OK, one apple after 18:00 ? Don t starve Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health. Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet. ? Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.WHAT to drink for losing weight... ? Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day ! Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling water! This improves your bowel, reduces the hunger sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks! Don t believe the slogan water makes me fat . Beside being stupid... you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys. ? Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squeezed! Don t drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc. during the diet. Even lite or light versions. Exercise for losing weight... ? If you want quicker results - exercise would be good. ? Don t just sit in front of the TV and eat peanuts... I guarantee THIS won t work for your weight loss... ? Start a regular exercise program and stick with it. Don t be afraid of those sweat suits and Lycra pants! ? Start swimming. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved with, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don t regularly use. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated.? Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don t shun the unconventional. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too?? Also Cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging, or aerobics will help you lose that unwanted belly fat. Only advice I can offer is get a gym membership and eat healthy. Ok...its not that bad. If your weakness is chocolate cake, you don t have to take it out of your diet. Just limit yourself on how much you take and eat smaller portion. Also, snacking in between meals is good as long as its something healthy. And avoid cokes if you can. That s what my weakness is and I m still working on trying to drink more water. Yes, definitely drink as much water as you can. And if it helps, I m right there with you. I m trying to lose about the same amount of weight. Its tough, but don t stress over it. Most diets and weight loss plans fail when you try to set a deadline. But do weigh yourself every day. That lets you know from day to day what you re doing right and vice versa. (give or take a pound or two because everyone s weight does fluctuate day to day)Also would be a good idea to have some support. Dr Ian Smith has a site and its free to join. ??Anyone know of exercises to lose weight fast? -

OK so im 5 3 and 60kg and i want to get down to 55kg. I am already eating a healthy diet and swimming every afternoon for 1 hour. What are some exercises that i can do in my room or while watching TV that will help me burn fat fast

Here is what you need to do if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Lose weight) and you will have more energry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads) in one and protein (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have any or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross country skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension) (YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. So your body doesnt go into starvation mode, YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF.If you stick with this you will have a great body. also drink a least 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonalds, Wendys, etc because there is nothing good for you on the menus - even the salads are bad (bacon bits, cheese, dressing, etc) Good Luck :)

Losing fat is a matter of a good eating plan, and then a good workout. Fully 70% of your fat loss will come because if teh way you eat. What I have found to be highly succesfull is a 10-15 minute HIT cardio session after weight training. HIT stands for High Intensity Training. Treadmill, bike, run, whatever...but, eating clean comes first. Also, consider the down side of losing weoght too fat as far as lose skin etc.. Good luck.
