The fastest way I know of to lose weight is by going on a liquid diet. I don t mean just by drinking water! There are several medically approved meal replacement plans to choose from. I am on the Optifast diet and it is great. I lost 16 kilos in the first 3 weeks. It is good for me as it takes the worry out of food for a while. If you go on a liquid diet, follow the instructions to the letter. You have to also drink at least 2 litres of water as well. While you are on the liquid diet, take the opportunity to learn all about correct eating habits, nutritious food, exercise etc. There are thousands of sites on the net to help you with that. Will drinking alot of water and eating little calories help you lose weight fast? -
yes because drinking a lot of water helps control your hunger but you still have to excersise
Drinking water does help you loose weight. Your body needs the water to work properly, and it actually helps your metabolism work better... then you loose the weight. But, eating little calories does the opposite effect. If you don t eat enough calories, you will really mess up your metabolism (something that you need to loose weight and do it the quickest way possible). Working out, eating right (meaning eating enough to allow your body to function properly), drinking enough water (not over drinking though since that will cause you to bloat), will get you there quicker than you can imagine. Doing it right will not only make you look and feel good, but it will last!
Initially it will cause you to lose weight, however, in the end it will slow your metabolism down and cause you to put all the weight back on and then some. Exercise is the best way to lose weight. Its safer and much healthier! Be blessed!

Fast is not the answer, but you can lose a reasonable amount of weight in a good range of time. Drink a lot of water~NO SODA! Eat every 3 hours to prevent binging. Lay off the sweets and bring on the fruits and veggies...also...EXCERCISE!
Eat healthy + exercise, it s all you can do. You could go on a diet where you just drink certain drinks, but as soon as you stop the weight will come back on. Don t use pills, they usually have unhealthy side-effects.

A ketogenic diet is the fastest way to loose weight.. Note, I did not say best, but rather fastest...Meaning, an Atkins, or something similar is the fastest way to loose weight without exercise because it forces the body to use what are called Ketones... It all depends on how much weight you want to lose. If you are in fairly good shape and want to lose that extra 5 for an event, no sugar, no carbs, little salt, lotsa water and hit the gym. If you have lots of weight to lose, it won t happen fast no matter what you do. You have to find a nutritionally sound diet and a reasonable exercise regime.
Cabbage soup diet.
The recommend speed to lose proper weight is 1 - 2 pounds per week.

I went to Thailand the past summer to train for kickboxing for 2 months and lost 30 lbs... intense workout will decrease your appetite and burn off the fat... if you want to make a change... you will need to really be determined about it... all the short cuts are ppl trying to make money off of you... there really isnt any short cuts...
