Set your self a plan out. Do atleast 3 hours of excercise a week, the most effective in my oppinion wouldl either be cross country/track, or even simple push/sit ups. Also set your self out a meal plan. try to not go over 1500cals. eat lean meats, such as coldwater fish, turkey, chicken. Avoid sugary sweets, and carbs, these containg starchy fatty foods. You can either have you self 3 big meals a day, with nothing in between, abstinence is what people tend to call it. this tends to be quicker way of reducind fat.Or you can have balanced portions through out the day. about 5 i d say.Continue with water, youll also notice that in a week or so, your skin conditions will improve too! but to be honest, you have to put the effort in to ge tthe result out, good luck!

To lose weight you shouldn t lift heavy weights only very light,a s in calastenic exercise. Don t expect yourself to stick to a rigorous schedule like this all the time. Just some helpful hints.
