im WAY over weight for my age. i don t care what other people think of me but im gonna be in high school next year and i wanna be happy with myself. so i have confidence i know im beautiful but i want to be able to run around and not be out of breath in five seconds i just need something i can do over the course of...next summer so about three months to lose about 50+ lbs

i was sick and could only drink chicken broth.l its actually quite filling... in 2 weeks i lost 10 pounds.akaeat a normal breakfast, drink chicken broth and jello for lunch, and drink water before dinner. drinking liquids often makes you feel less full, therefore it makes you eat less. this is all from personal experience. i was at the fair for a week, and the only good thing was clam chowder, and i lost 5 pounds.so basically, stick with liquids but dont not let your body have what you need.

This isn t the most healthy answer but I did it by not eating. I kept it off by having a small breakfast like oatmeal, 64+ ounces of water throughout the day, a large lunch and no dinner.

a good way to loose fast easy is by jogging a mile, then sprint for half mile, jog a mile and a half then sprint a half mile to a total of 3 miles, do this daily. after the jog/sprint do 30 decline sit ups, and 30 russian twists. only do the ab workouts every 2nd day. by doing an ab workout everyday you dont gain anywhere. you hear those guys that say they do 200 sit ups everyday, by doing that it will have a negative effect on your body and will not get abs and not flattn your stomach. then on the days that you dont do abs do compound movement workouts. such as dead lifts, squats, leg presses and power cleans. by doing that you should be able to loose the unwanted fat

i go to the gym any time i have the strength but its not regular, i also go for works but the weather has been a ***** of late, dieting is my biggest problem but ive put on so much weight that im soooo upset, pls does anyone know what a breastfeeding mum can eat i need to lose weight fastttttttttttttttttt

I think that s going to be tricky. If you are breastfeeding you need to keep up your calorie intake so your supply isn t affected. Breastfeeding in itself burns calories. . .it s my experience that breastfeeding moms drop weight faster than non-breastfeeders because of this.

I can t do anything like nutrisystem or tredmill or anything like that, but I can go out for a jog or something.
