Whats a good way to lose weight fast? -

i need to lose weight in 3 months and im trying to eat right but name something else to help me

theres countless ways to loose wait but what has worked best for me personally is to eat a balanced diet and to excersise regularly. Also try not to eat after 9 oclock because since you dont get any excercise after 9 all the fat and other stuff you get from the food just gets stored and your stomach and becomes wasted. check labels of foods and try to find a healthier counterpart to some of the food you like. if running isnt your thing you can always ride a bike ,walk around the neighboorhood, play any sport. Even walking around shopping (counting on that you dont stop to get your favorite flavor of ice cream along the way =p) will help you. I know you have heard it before but try not to eat 3 big meals a day. eat smaller meals or snacks throughout the day. if you do all this stuff you should be losing weight in no time. also try not to eat food items high in salt because they tend make you bloat.

Seriously, how do you lose weight fast? -

I seriously need help. I m not that much overweight, there s a lot of girls at my school that are the same as me. But i would like to be at a normal weight. If you ve ever been in this unfortunate situation, what did you do?Thanx!(:Rachelle:)

Chicks everywhere are dying to be skinny. But so few do any actual fitness. If you burn no calories, you ll gain weight off water. (not really, but it will seem like it.) this current skinny thing fad is ridiculous. I really hope your like at least more than 145 and saying this. cuz if your 120 you need to be slapped for trying to lose weight. Look, your body will look best healthy, and you can t be healthy if you don t exercise some. Swim, do tennis, jog, something. If you work out a ton, you could eat donuts all day and look great. Its about calories in - calories out = weight. Too many girls try to boil the protien out of their rice cakes and crap like that. Just exercise more! It helps your body, and mind(mind a TON, more than you think) makes you feel better about yourself and look great. make sure it is fun and stick with the challenge. And then eat what you want. As for losing wieght super fast, good luck! You should still eat, sudden drops in diet can damage your bodies metabolism, meaning you gain weight like crazy. Try cutting out ALL sugar, drink a lot of water, zero drugs (caffeine, chemicals, artificial crap) and stay active all damn day and as much sleep as you can afford to lose. Its about your long term lifestyle, not a sudden quick fix too, remember that. Everyone is always on a diet, the same diet they ve always been one. Your diet is what you eat, not some program to lose weight. Dieting doesn t work, never has. Just choose health everyday.

I was in your exact position last year. I was only 10lbs overweight and thats not that bad right? I wanted to be normal as well so I cut out snacking. I also skipped meals but don t do that. I lost two stone in the end. And you will probably lose just what you need by cutting out snacks. Don t skip meals though. Its now a hard to break habit and you don t want that. well i depends how much u want o lose and how determined u r. But try eating 1000 cals but don t eat late at night, stop eating at 6 0 clock. Do at LEAST an hour of hard core excercise a day. Do toning excercises like sit-ups, leg rises etc. Do stop cravings eat chewing gum, low cal ice lollies, diet sodas etc. Also make sure you don t eat a lot of saturated fat. The reccommended is 20g so try and eat less than that, NEVER over or you will still gain even though u had 1000cals. Use ur 1000 cals wisely, don t waste them all on a slice of cake, spread them out through the day by eating fruit and veggies plus foods with a lot of fibre. Have small meals regulary to keep ur metabolism up plus u won t be as likely to break ur diet. Find a person who s body u admire like a celeb or someone, stick their picture somwhere u will see it a lot to motivate u. Good luck on ur weight loss hope i helped. Wht is the best cardio to do to lose weight fast? -

i just started going back to the gym i do the kickboxing class and some machince want to lose inches fast in the stomach area which is better kickboing or the step class or just what i know that spinning is good also

Anything you like to do that brings your heart rate up will do it. They found that you have to bring it up for at least 40 minutes to be effective. They used to say 20 minutes but that s just for a healthy heart. If you want to lose weight you have to mix a good diet with at least 40 minutes of a moderate heart rate to lose fat. Low impact is the best for your joints.

I would stick with the spinning for cardio

Anything done for over 30 mins straight will help. I ve found that the elliptical crosstrainer works best for me.Also, a great technique is interval training where you go all out for a minute and then go easy for 2 mins. For example, if you are going to run for 30 mins on a treadmill, start out walking for 2 mins, then increase the speed to max intensity for 1 min and then back to walking for 2 mins.I will do that when I want to cut up and it works great. Just be careful on the treadmill because you can trip easily. It s better to do it outside with a stopwatch. But, the technique works with anything.I really saw great results from jumping rope for 5-10 mins after my cardio training.

Step class is good because there isnt as much impact on your joints as kickboxing. Plus, you are using your abs and back muscles the whole time.

i was sick and could only drink chicken broth.l its actually quite filling... in 2 weeks i lost 10 pounds.akaeat a normal breakfast, drink chicken broth and jello for lunch, and drink water before dinner. drinking liquids often makes you feel less full, therefore it makes you eat less. this is all from personal experience. i was at the fair for a week, and the only good thing was clam chowder, and i lost 5 pounds.so basically, stick with liquids but dont not let your body have what you need.
