before you advise me ... im not trying to be healthy - i want to plummit in weight - yes it is stupid , but its what i want to do .So any ideas?

Do a colon cleanse, or take laxatives at night before bed. Don t do this for too long or your body will start depending on the laxatives and you won t be able to go without them. Be sure to allow yourself plenty of time in the morning to sit on the pot. Also stay hydrated. Seriously.

losing weight takes time. you can t lose it fast. it takes months.. it s not just going to happen over night.try eating more fruit and veg and cut right back on the junk foodand exercise regularly!!

i dont know where you live but considering the cold weather is coming, i dont know why you would consider wearing tight shirts now lol....run a couple of miles 4-6 times a week, cardiovascular workouts help alot with your stomach as well as having a good diet....drink alot of water, dont over eat, eat until your not hungry anymore, dont eat until your puking lol and watch the calorie intake....im not a trainor or anything and i wouldnt really say my idea is like great and healthy, but it should work

How do i lose weight fast!? -

i dont know how to stop eating junk food! how do i get motivated to exercise and eat healthy?

Fast weight loss is not a smart, healthy, or recommended thing to do. It is better to lose weight slowly through life-style change. You could start by not buying junk food. If it is in the house that is temptation territory. Instead, cut up raw veggies ie...carrots, cauliflower, cucumber slices, radishes, broccoli florets, etc...put them in ziploc bags so you could easily grab them when you feel hunger pangs. Keep fresh fruit on hand as well. Apples, oranges, bananas, grapes, strawberries, etc.. These are all much healthier snack choices. Eat a well-balanced diet everyday. Exercise 30 minutes at least 3 times per week. Increase your water intake to 6-8 glasses a day. Eat lots of veggies.

there is no health way to lose weight fast , unless you take drogs , which i don,t recomend , so think about how better you will look and hit the esport club..... good luck
