How can i lose weight fast.. ? -

I need to loose at least 10lbs in like a month tops .i really need help i have tried a lot of things but it hasn t helped.thanks so much.

Just try and eat healthy, like no Fast food. Don t eat Junk food alot. Like try to get healthy items and turn it into something yummy. Like celery,peanut butter, and raisins make ants on a log and thats really good (: besides that, just exercise. like in gym, instead of walking around, do something, like basketball or jump rope. I can t promise this will make you loose weight but its good to be healthly. And it will pay off when you get older.

How to lose weight fast!!? -

I tried on my bridesmaid dress yesterday and could barely zip it; after I got it zipped I could not breath!! The wedding is July 12 so I have a week in a half to lose 4 pounds. I have already drunk 2 33oz waters I think thats a god start. Anyone have any suggestion???

Tho Its not healthy you can crash diet. Drink only water and mostly water (maybe some juice if you want) then when it comes to eating just eat cottage cheese and fruit. You should drop the weight really fast but your gonna feel hungry and tired. Just be careful and sure thats what you wana do. I dropped four pounds in a week (a bit healthier way) by eating a small portion of oatmeal for breakfast and lunch and then a small meal for dinner. also did cardio and drank lots of water. I try to drink a glass of water b4 every meal then I dont feel so hungry and dont over eat. Goodluck

Drinking water is a good start. If your really determined to do this, eat 200 calories less than what you spend a day. I say really determined because it can be hard to keep track. Also, keep on exercising! first don t drink water too much. what you need to do is to cut on carbohydrate. consume daily calories not more than 400, if still not effective reduce to 300 calories daily, you will see the different.

you should be alright for the wedding. dont gain or lose any weight but right before the wedding maybe 3 days earlier stop drinking water. you will lose water weight and you should fit into the dress no problem

i use wii fit, and bicycling. I lose about .8 to 1.2 pounds from day to day. I eat right (fruits, veggies) and always ask about calories. The worst part is not drinking ANY kinds of soda. Maybe 1once every 1-2 weeks but i miss it =(. Good luck

If you keep to this diet excersice you can do it. im doing it too and it is deffinately working:Every morning eat a small, healthy breakfast.(ex; some fruit)dont eat lunch.Eat a normal supper around 5No snacking.And take either a walk or a a bike ride, or rollerblade at least a mile a day.Its sorta difficult, but its worth it.Since yesterday, ive lost 3.5 pounds.

im a 13-14 year old girl who is bout to go to highschool. ive been fat for a long time and now i wanna change plzzzzz help me i need exercises to burn fat on my stomach , thighs, and arms please help me! i only have 9 weeks and i need to lose 3 pounds per week to be my goal weight

Well gurl I kno exactly how it feels to go to highschool and still be a lil chubby in areas where you dont want it at. One thing you can do is to excersise more i mean yeah the regular 30 min a day thingy but actually work like maybe make it an hour. Stock up on veggies and fruits. I mean forreal...lower the carb intake and your set. Hopefully youll reach your goal but if not. Learn to except those Love Handles you got.

my best friend is having a party in 6 days and its swimming im not fat but my stomach and thihs are a little big and i want to look good in a bikkini how can i lose weight?

6 days are surely not enough to lose weigt. But, eat only fruits and salads in these days. The best way to present yourself at BEST at the party is to boost your morale and let yourself accept your weight and attitude. The best people are not the ones with perfect body, but the ones with perfect attitude. With the change in your perception, you will enjoy the party at best! Develop a good sense of humor (believe me, it works!)!Happiness is not what people make you feel, but what you make yourself feel! I am too fat as well....but I am happy, successful and the best part of me is that i have a good sense of humor that makes people enjoy my company. i know everyone here says not eating isn t healthy blah blah but fasting for about 3 days never killed anyone. i would eat light the first three days out of the 6 you have left. eat things like yogurt and nuts and protein shakes and do a light workout (nothing too complicated or extreme) and the last 3 days don t eat almost anything try eating things like sugarfree gelatin or sugar free pudding and drink plenty or water and juice a couple times during the day but don t execise on the last 3 days. you should lose 2-3 or maybe even 4 pounds (depends on person to person). ps: watch what you eat when you re actually at the party though (or when you get home that day) don t over do it. ease back into eating normally. just a light snack and a drink or something healthy. then the next day gradually increase what you eat again until you get back to how you normally eat.

6 days isnt long enough to make any drastic changes in your weight, but try to eat healthy- lots of fruits and vegetables- and excersize. you can go running to help your thighs and i guess sit-ups to help your stomach. but even if it doesnt work in 6 days, keep doing this and you will probably look alot better by the summer. good luck!

You should have thought about that a lot earlier then now. You can not lose that much weight in 6 days unless you do an extra diet or have surgery. I m on a fat burner called Lipo 6. I m wondering though if switching to an appetite suppressant like Hoodia will help me lose weight or melt body fat any faster.

my daughter is 11 and 6ft ways 127 how can she lose weight fast

Eat boiled eggs for breakfast with unbuttered toast. Cheese crackers for lunch with a salad, Big salad for dinner with some at least 4 ounces of meat in it. Shes slim really for being 6 ft.

Well im trying to loose weight myself and its starting to work, im doing an hour exercises everyday, Steps- 1020, Boxing at least 500 punches (my dad used to be a blackbelt) skipping - at least 100 a day and sit ups 15but if she wants to loose the weight fast the best exercise is sit ups and my mother says 30 a day should help loose the weight pretty fast.

A six foot 11 year old? Wow. On the off chance that you re not trolling, 127 is already under weight for someone that tall.

get her active in sports,dance and martial arts...make sure she stays on a balanced diet her entire life...focus only on safe fat loss,nothing else!
