How do i lose weight fast, but safely? -

im 18.i am 5 8 and i weigh 182.i used to be skinny and want to be skinny again!i want to be able to feel good when i go shopping.what kind of diet should i go on and what kind of excersises should i do?

There is no FAST and HEALTHY way to lose weight. Healthy weight loss should be a slower process roughly about 1-3 lbs a week... 3 lbs being your highest. Start working out, and cutting back portions. No more fast food, take out, or delivery... But don t deprive yourself of the foods you love, just eat in moderation. Good luck! You can do it!

Here are some exercises that will give you the best bang for your time. Squat, Dead lift, lunges, Military press, Push-up, Bench Press, Lat Pull Down, Pull-up, Row, etc. Focus in multi-joint movement to involve more muscles. 2. Aerobic training: One way to boost your metabolism so that you are burning more calories is through interval training. Interval training consists of alternating between high intensity and low intensity training. For example, jog for 2 minutes to 30-second sprint. Repeat for 20 minutes. Interval training is much more effective that steady state cardio e.i. 30 minutes running with the same speed. Interval training allows you to burn more calories while reducing your time. 3. Supportive Eating: Eating smaller meals through out the day can help boost your metabolism. Eating smaller meals every 3 hours helps fuel your body. Think about it for a second. I am sure that you know someone who eats all the time and yet are lean and you probably know someone who eats very little and yet the person is fat. What should you eat? In every meal, you should attempt to eat lean protein, starchy carbs, and fibrous carbs.Lean protein such as chicken, white eggs, turkey, soy, lean meat, fish, tuna, salmon, etc.Starchy carbs such as oatmeal, brown rice, red potatoes, yams, etc.Fibrous carbs such as fruits and vegetables. These tips alone can help you a lot of you follow my guidelines. Remember, losing weight too fast will not be a permanent weight loss. You aren t at a bad weight, but if you want to lose 5 or 10 lbs. then eat 5 or 6 small meals a day ,drink only water, and try to do cardio at least 5 times a week for 45 minutes. This is what i am doing and i am trying to lose 5 lbs.

You body can t take losing weight too fast. It can do far more harm that good. The best way to lose weight is to join Weight Watchers. Nothing is a sin and it really does work.

I have been doing Weight Watchers online, and it is really working. I m losing about 1-2 lbs per weeks.

I m a 17 yr old that weighs 154 and I ve been running 2.5 mi. a day and work out everyday too. Is there any way, other than drinking green tea to lose like ten pounds before summer arrives?

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it. Then also try to find a well balance diet program. The only way seems to become belimic HELP!!

diet and exercise...if you need support you could get a counselor...or you could even go to weight watchers or something..eating disorders are never the way to go ...and if you are purging then you probably should go talk to your doctor

its not very healthy to lose it fast... from what i ve heard.. is getting rid of as much sugar and salt in your diet.. plus i got a tip from the trainers at the gym i go toand it is that skipping (jumping rope) for half an hour is equivlant to running for an hour..

Exercise every day, even if it s just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it s sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine

Does drinking 8 glasses of water every day really help you lose weight fast? -

it helps me because i m to full of water to eat much. but be prepared to pitch a tent in the bathroom because your gonna pee like crazy. that also helps because its getting all the toxins out of your body. and water doesn t have sugar or caffiene, so you can drink all you want with no regrets

yes it does. Drink a glass before you eat and it will make you full and you eat less. but eat more times a day so you won t make your body loose what it needs from food.

well I wanted to hope it does, and maybe in the long run it will, but I vowed to only drink water and nothing else about 6 weeks ago, I do desk work all day and I drink at least 66 fl. oz or water a day, so I get in my 8 glasses of water, I haven t lost any weight what so ever and I ONLY drink water, no cokes no juices...so I don t know maybe its me but I always heard you would drop up to 10 pounds alone with just drinking water..it hasnt done that for me yet, so good luck.
