How can i lose weight fast? -

i know, if i want to lose weight the healthy way..blah blah.what is something i can do though, that i can lose weight fast, besides doing the correct way? haha.any tipss? :]

So you already know the safe way....I hope nobody here tells you different!

Okay...I only started two Mondays ago and All I do is walk one hour every morning. I wear a calorie counter monitor to loose weight by the numbers. I have already lost one pant size and 9 pounds. I am a woman and have three kids and this is the method I use when I gain weight.. I am now at a size two and everyone is always amazed that I have had three kids. This is what I do below when I throw on a few extra pounds. It always works..No diet pills, no energy drinks..just me walking and getting the water I need. Of course I watch what I eat and the Lean Cuisine meals are great for that since the calories per box are 180 to 380 per box. just eat fruits at every meal and nothing else. and drinking water is ok and nothing else.

No junk food, Eat when youre hungry.Excercise alot. Drink alot of water.Not fast, but best way.

if its fat you want to loose then excersise.however running down the road wont do u no good .but moving quckly and getting your heart pumping the body uses carbs instead of fat for energy as its faster to use compared to fatwalking will burn fat alot quicker than many other forms of excersise and it gets you to a place you need to go

do it the correct way would b best, cuz itll stay off, but heres wat u should do, go low carb nd high high high cardio 4 a week, then eat only fruit 4 a day, nuthin else, then high protein 4 a day after that, then repeat, but nvr evr stop cardio, high cardio, run like the wind

What are some ways that you can lose weight very fast? -

i need help losing weight fast for football i need to lose 20mpounds in 40 days or less

have you tried jumping rope? google some articles on it and find some videos on youtube...its what boxers and wrestlers use to get down in weight classes.

okay well u can rap ur self in grocery bags and wear really heavy running cloths like pants and a big jacket (over the grocery bags) and take a run tht way u r not only loosing fat ur also loosing water weight. or you can just sit in your bathroom with all the heavy clothes and grocery bags with the shower running on the hottest temperature, it will make you sweat out weight.P.S. my friend says to become a vegetarian.,,, hope i helped.God Bless

my friend had to do that. He stopped eating and worked out constantly. At one point he wore a garbage bag to help him sweat more when he ran. I don t reccomend it though, he passed out

eat reasonable servings of lean protein and vegetables for your meals. no sugar, no drinking, no white carbs. if you re not interested in heavy duty exercise, just try to take a walk every night for a mile or 2.

i am wondering about that question myself. but i do know that if you dont eat anything at all your metabolism slows down and eventually when you do start eating again you will gain a lot of weight. so just eat healthy stuff like canned tuna w/ no mayonaise, fruits, veggies, cottage cheese etc.

exercise and diet. there s no tricks or buts about it. sure it takes time, but its in a healthy way. quick fixes like what your doing now are just harming your body.

I an 15 and have tried everything. Yes workouts everyday all diet and nothing....please help. It is ruining my life.

if you re interested in yoga, try bikram yoga and you will lose weight and gain very healthy body,mind and metabolism for sure.

Diet and exercise will almost certainly never fail you. But it may not be fast. That is what you have to accept. Perhaps you could exercise more or exercise with more intensity.

Ok, I m 14 I m about 5 4 and a half I weigh about 185 my trouble spots are my thighs i want to lose weight fast, but healthy.any tips? is there any way to work on just certain parts? what kind of exercise do I need to do? is there any way to increase my matabilism?

atleast it will take one month to 2. try thisBelow are the few Quick Steps towards a Healthier Diet.1) Before starting any type of diet weight yourself and also note ur whole body measurement in a dairy. Then after every week weigh yourself and note it in ur diary and see how much weight u r losing.2) Start taking your food with out any oil. Try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork. Please note and put it in ur mind that nothing fried or oily.3) Try to chew ur every food for atleast 20 times. And then swallow it into ur stomach.4) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet5) Don��t eat any type of junk food.6) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can. Rather take a bottle of water with you all the time, when you feel starving, drink it as much as u can.7) use brown bread8) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt9) no sugar of any type.10) First try to avoid any type of soft drink but if u really wants to taste some thing sweet then drink any soft drink (but not cola), but just one glass once in a week.11) Eat at least once in a day a vegetable soap or Thai soup too as much as u can but no corn flour in it. 12) Just look at your food portion. It is much better to eat several small meals a day (like 5-6 healthy meals a day) than eat either one or two or three huge meal a day. 13) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)14) one bowl of oatmeal can be taken as a break fast15) No hard drink of any type is allowed in this diet.16) Smoking strictly forbidden in this diet17) Watch out ur every drink and every single piece of ur food. Stay away from fatty foods, junk foods, synthetic foods, foods with preservatives and too much carbohydrate. Don��t try to take foods that are made of white flour for example white bread, cakes, pasta etc and food contain sugar such as cookies, ice cream, candy etc.18) Remember after every 15 days you can take once in a while with a little treat any thing u like. But remember just a small portion. For example one small personal pizza or one small burger or small pastry.19) Try to adopt some healthy timing. Early to rise and early to bed. No late sittings. 20) People usually want Quick and Easy result, we all are impatient. You have to be patient in terms of your weight loss and never give up. Always keep in mind that slow and steady win the race.21) At least take this diet for 3 to 6 months and when u feel that u have achieved your desired weight then make this is as a Life Style change for you entire life. Remember do not focus on just losing weight, try to concentrate on diet plan forever so that you will never have to loose weight again. But occasionally u can take other junk food too.22) You have to keep in mind that above plan is a not a quick thin program. Don��t try to deceive ur body. It will destroy your metabolism and in the future the proportion of gaining weight is much higher and easier than today.23) Never ever go for any type of Diet pills or any drug which claim that it will reduce the weight quickly. Taking Diet pills will kill. 24) Exercise: Rule-of -Thumb: remember the formula for weight loss and that is Diet= 70% Exercise= 30%. So remember exercise is must with every diet plan. The best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. Run on tread mill for at least 30 mnts daily. Try to extend ur period for one hour. And if you don��t have this facility then best indoor Exercise is skipping.

special k diet... it sucks the first week, but in 2 weeks i lost 10 lbs... but you have to stick to it... and i ate it for breakfest and dinner so that i took out the two biggest meals of the day... plus then you can fully digest your lunch... grab some of the snack bars they are pretty goodgood luck

Its not just fruits and veges, You have to eat meat aswell for protein so u have the energy to excercise, you need a healthy mix , its not the food, its how you cook it.

-Drink diet soda, or something like Propel-Eat low-fat snacks-Replace icecream w/ lowfat icecream or popsicles-Do a sport -Try a 30min workout each day-Use less butter and olive oil in your food, and wipe up excess grease w/ a napkin or paper towel-Don t eat at fast food restaurants! That s the worst thing you could do-If all else fails, calorie count. Try to eat arond 1800-2200 (less if female, more if male) calories a day, and only 30% of those calories should be calories from fat (check the labels for fat calories)Hope this helps!!!
