Does whole boddy cleanse help u lose weight? -

i bought a kit and its a 2 weeks program and 4 pills at night and etc. does it help to lose weight fast?

it may hrlp you lose a few couple of pounds but you will probably gain it back and a little more. not really worth it.

Not really. It will clean all the impurities and toxins out of your body. Yes, it will cause you to loose about 3-5lbs but within a few weeks after you have finished the kit you ll gain it all right back.

It depends on how much time you have until you begin school. I recently started this diet which I created myself and it works really well for me. So far it s been 2 weeks and I have lost 5 kilograms (about 11 pounds).I began by substituting all sugar I used with artificial sweetener like spenda or equal.I also replaced full cream milk with skim milk. Simple measures such as these can drastically reduce the amount of calories you consume each day, eventually leading to greater weight loss. And honestly I can t really taste the difference.Next I took out nearly all carbohydrates from my diet (potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, biscuits, etc etc.)However, I do allow myself to have one serve of carbs a day (such as a very small portion of mashed potatoes made with skim milk and low fat butter, or a whole meal sandwich, or a cup of rice) otherwise I find I get quite dizzy and feel lethargic.Of course, stay away from take-away food, sweets and high fat foods, make sure you eat lots of vegetables with every meal to fill you up, rather than filling up on meat and carbs alone.And I aim for no more than 3 serves of fruit a day as they can lead to extra sugar intake and some fruits contain carbs.Also exercise is important in losing weight, so try and at least go for a 20 minute walk 5-6 times a week, or doing 30 sit ups while you watch t.v. or something.Below I made an example of a few different meals you can have on this diet.Breakfast1 piece of fruitLow fat, low sugar vanilla yogurt (1 cup)Tea or coffee with spenda and low fat milk.OR2 scrambled eggs with lowfat ham.Tea or coffeeFruit.Lunch1 wholemeal sandwich with tomato, cheese and lettuce. (be sure to add lots of veggies to sandwiches to fill you up.)Carrot sticks with low fat dip such as tatziki or hummus.1 piece of fruit.1 glass of skim milk (will fill you up much more than soft drinks.)ORChicken Salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avacado and low fat italian dressing.SnackNuts or low sugar dried fruit, or another piece of fresh fruit.OR1 small can of tuna.DinnerA generous serve of a variety of veggies (broccolli, cauliflour, carrots, peppers, spinach, beans)Along with a serve of meat (chicken without skin, beef low fat mince, etc)I find that stirfries are an excellent way of combining lots of different veggies with meat with a yummy stirfry sauce (stay away from the peanut satay though, very high in fat!)Remember you are allowed a serve of carbs so feel free to have spaghetti for tea, just don t go crazy and eat a massive bowl, stick to smaller serves and always fill up on vegetables, not carbs!If you dying for something sweet have a diet drink, yes they don t taste half as good as regular drinks but it s worth it.1 can of of diet coke is only 3 calories, while 1 can of regular coke is 155! There s is no health way to lose weight fast. Eat smaller portions while continuing to have a well-balanced diet. Exercise every day, but no more than your body is ready for.

Whats a good way to lose weight, like the best exercise? -

nothing dangerous..... but what exercise truly lets you lose weight fast, not running and give me a list of food to eat while im dieting

Pilates identifies the core and is low impact. It isn t as easy as some meatheads think.Eat more raw foods, lean protein.Avoid simple sugars and white foods that come in a box. Processed foods are loaded with bad stuff, shops the outside lanes at the grocery.

These are bad advices, but they re fast...Eat very little, and do heavy exercises as much as possible, or just stop eating. Otherwise it s going to take long time.

well there is always the gym bt if thats not wat u want just cut out al ur fatty foods and excersise daily, push ups and stuff like that or just go running 3 times a week in the morning or somethnig

Whats the best way to lose weight fast and keep it off? -

Don t take diet pills or supplements - they re awful for you and you ll gain the weight back. Here s some stuff that helped me out:1 - Drink nothing but water, milk, or tea. Three servings of milk a day is supposed to help, but other than that you should stick with water. (or tea if you need a change.) Just don t drink soda! Carbonation actually is an apetite stimulant, the last thing you need! 2 - Cut your meal portions in half. Sucks but it works. Just don t skip meals - if you go without food entirely your body thinks you re starving and it will store every single calorie you take in as fat cells. Make sure you eat regularly to avoid that... just eat smaller portions. 3 - 30 mins of increased heartrate will raise your metabolism for 24 hours. Walk at a brisk pace (or jog...or do yoga or whatever as long as your heartrate is up) first thing in the morning and late in the afternoon (close to 12 hours apart). I got this trick from my doctor. If you raise your heartrate for 30 mins twice a day for a week, you raise the plateau of your metabolism. Very good thing. Keeping the weight off means making healthy lifestyle choices. For me personally I was a lot more successful when I made smaller changes gradually and stuck with them. Now I m a lot thinner, a lot happier, a lot healthier, and I have a lot more energy. Really being healthy should be your #1 goal, and your weight will naturally fall into place. If you re trying to lose weight quickly for a specific event, the sonoma diet is healthy and amazingly quick. Good luck!
