please i really wanna do it this timehow can i get enough motivation?whats the best way to lose weight?please help

I had to lose 20 lbs in a month for my first photo shoot. My motivation was that i really want to have a career in modeling.So i just ate better and ate less and did a lot of working out. like an hour and a half of aerobics everyday. If you just make sure that everything you eat does something good for your body and work out you ll lose weight. Think before you eat and make sure you don t eat fried foods or stupid foods you don t need (chocolate, ice cream, chips, cake, pizza etc.) All your body needs is nutrients.Remember once you lose weight you don t only look better, you ll feel more energetic and happy and healthier.Good Luck!!

How can I lose weight fast (im a teen)? -

i m 5 8, 14 years old and i m 160 pounds. i weigh more than my own mother (who gave birth to 2 kids and never lost the baby weight) i really want to lose weight because i can t ever find clothes for myself that fit and my relatives are always calling my fat and comparing me to my thinner cousinsmy self confidence is so low my friends are worried i might do something to myselfi want to lose some weight so maybe my relatives wouldn t judge me as harshly and i could actually fit into some clothes any help?
