I understand that men lose weight fast and easier than women because they have have more musxcle mass. So how fast can a woman lose weight with excersise and diet? On average.

I believe it is considerably harder for women to recuce weight than a man I remember reading 4 times as hard. So good luck.

running. running. running. running. and hmm RUNNING.....but you should start out slowly every other day because once you try to do lets say 1 hour on the first day you will probably get very exhausted and discouraged and might even give up. If you try it for 15 minutes one day then add another 15 minutes gradually each day you will enjoy it and it will become a lifestyle not a chore.

Go running for as long as you can outside. and if you want to make your stomach slimmer, do about 100 sit ups every day (thats what i do) but when you first start do about 25 a day then work your way up.

Anything intense. Do sprint intervals for 20 minutes instead of walking or jogging for 60 minutes.Do super heavy weights instead of just light weights to tone.Things of this nature really kick your body into overdrive.

Go jogging a mile or more every day. It increases endurance, burns fat, and builds muscle.

Along with exercise and diet, should I use weight supplements to lose weight faster? -

I wouldn t. Many of those supplements help you lose weight but if you go off them, you gain it back anyways. You most definitely do not want to rely on them to maintain weight. And whatever you do, don t try Alli-that new prescription strength otc weight loss pill. It helps you lose .5 lbs for every pound you lose, has horrible side effects and once you go off of it, the weight comes right back.Just excersize and eat healthy and you should be fine.

No, I don t believe in them. Take it from personal experience. In Jan I weighed 245 lbs. Last week I weighed in at 237 lbs. Simply between eating better and cutting out junk food, I actuall feel better already and I have to buy new pants to fit what s left of my big fanny. Pills usually conatin nothing more than overpriced vitamins and caffine. Both of which make your body work harder than it should. Continue diet exercise. It s the only proven way of losing weight.

That largely depends on age... If you are younger than 20, then no... Your natural hormones are more than enough to help you loose weight. Just keep up the exercise...
