Is weight watchers a good weight loss program? -
I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
It is. It may not be for everybody, but it s helpful to a lot of people, beginners especially, because it provides a somewhat simple way to track and limit your food intake. It also has varying degrees of involvement; you can get group support, plan meals, etc. if you want to.
it is but before you pay for a weight loss program you should have a look here. http://www.weight-watchers.webs.com its some very popular programs that are free for limited time. just have a look for yourself.hope this helps.
How can i lose weight quickly? -
Well noi critism now that you have gained weight you will have some really hard time shedding it down but your age factor will help you a lot. Many things to do to shed wight.Join a gym like everyone else give your body a workout but if you like me cant stay alive in the gym like me then ask your friends to join you in and jog together this may sort you out.And secondly ask your mum to make your food with less oil as much as possible leave all the bakery items, soft drinks, and other items having sugar and oh also try to cut down on sugar. This may sound hard but eat as much salad as possible take a bowl normal size salads in it with no dressing and other stuff and also drink china green tea also known as china grass tea this may help you out in buring the uinwanted fat but like i said you will have to want a strong will here.Good luck
It is feasible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and comprehend that if you lose weight quickly then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as quickly. The one method which definitely showed results for me is green tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a few free trials in stock, it has been highlighted in Fox News and CNN. I melted away thrity pounds, it definitely does produce success!
How can I lose weight around my lower belly and inner thighs? -
Hi Reina, you might want to start doing squats, lunges and leg swings (backwards side to side). Mix that with leg-raise crunches and side crunches (or full situps if you want to maximize the leverage).Search on youtube for examples and other recommendations. Remember, you always gain more muscles and burn more when you work on the negative. Meaning, When you bring yourself back down, you gotta do it slowly with control if you want maximum results.Oh yeah, wolfgang should just kill himself for giving the dumbest answer ever.Have a great workout! :)-joon
Drink more water, eat less (if not all) junk food and grain (bread, pasta, etc...). Start walking and do exercise to strengthen the areas you mentioned. Walking and swimming are great low intensity exercises. For the inner thigh try pilates or the adductor machine for something more specific. You are going to need to cut calories to make it work; you can t lose weight by eating more calories than you burn (your body stores extra calories as fat, therefore eat less to burn off these calories). Running/walking in the morning for at least 25-30 minutes before eating is a great way to get rid of excess fat. And as a rule diets don t work; you need to change the way you live to change your body.Good luck with your goal :)
because you can t spot reduce fat , you must decrease your overall fat. The magical equation is decreasing a little your calories, do running for 45 min for five days a week. Also some body weight exercises: push ups, crunches, squat for at least 15 min EVERYDAY and increase gradually.

Are weight loss programs good for you? -
you just need to give her a swift kick in the **
It depends on what you mean by better. Many people can do it by themselves, just through diet and exercise. Other people need the accountability and support that comes from programs.
Well a weight loss program is good because not only does it teach you to eat the right foods but it also gives you exercises to lose weight and some, if not, most teach you how to tone your body too. Eating healthy only is gonna make you lose weight, but it won t be twice as beneficial as going along with a weight loss program. Eating healthy will not tone you up or make you fit and healthy like you should be, so I reckon the weight loss program is the way to go.
Financially it s better and if you do it on your own you won t become dependent on somebody else to pull you up when you fall down.
How would i go about doing my senior project on weight loss and the adrenal glands? -
You should check this out this method that I did. It works just amazing for me and I lost 11 pounds in one month. You can find more information here http://bit.ly/cbdsil36
10 POINTS What is a good workout for...? -
I can help recommend a more specific program if you email me with your interests/goals. I m in love with beachbody DVDs. I ve become a beachbody coach because I love them so much, and I would not promote anything I did not believe in. My favorites are Turbo Jam, P90X, and ChaLean extreme. All programs are modifiable to your current fitness condition/restrictions, and can be done at home with 0-minimal equipment. Getting in shape is NOT easy and there is no magic pill or fad diet that will do the work for you. Any diet that promises you to lose 10 lbs in 1 week is just depleting you of water weight and actually SLOWING down your metabolism making it that much harder for you to burn calories. Now if youre a yo-yo dieter multiply that every time you start a new diet and youre slowing down your metabolism EACH time. No wonder you cant lose weight?!The secret to being fit is just good old-fashioned diet and exercise. Its a lifestyle change that only you can make. You have to have the mind set that your body and health is worth it. You will feel so much happier, and healthier once you make this change. Youll be a better wife, mom, sister, husband, friend, etc. So now that I filled you in on the big secret. I will share some tips that I have learned in my own fitness quest. Small, frequent meals are the most effective way to lose weight, and maintain your blood glucose levels. If youre following a 1200 cal/day diet try to eat 300 for breakfast, 300 for lunch, 300 for dinner, and 2 snacks in between with 150 each. You will find that you are never hungry, and never full. Because we all know that Big Mac tastes good going down it doesnt feel so hot sitting in your belly for the next 6 hours. You have to count your calories- at least in the beginning until you have a good grasp on the nutrition levels and portion amounts that your body needs. There are lots of websites that can help you log your meals online to see all the nutrition totals. I like www.myfitnesspal.com This is a FREE site that allows you to plug in your height/weight/exercise level and will tell you how many calories you need to consume to achieve our goals. Its personalized, its free, and it works. Now exercise will be different for everyone and I say do something you enjoythat way you are more likely to stick with it. A good exercise program will combine cardio and strength training. Cardio will help you burn calories and torch body fat, while strength training will build muscle, which in turn boosts your metabolism and makes you LEAN. Girls do not be afraid of weights; they are your best friends. Im a busy nurse and I work long days so I personally enjoy working out at home to save time and $$. My favorite DVD programs are Chalean extreme, Turbo Jam, P90X, and Slim in Six. Check out www.BBfitcoach.com for details.Make sure you make yourself accountable. Tell your friends/family about it so they can support you. Take your body measurements and set reasonable goals to achieve. For some incentive to workout check out www.BBfitcoach.com and JOIN for FREE to login your workouts in a virtual gym called WOWY. Everyday in WOWY someone will win the daily prize which is either $300, $1000, TVs, DVD players, cameras, and ipods. Its legit and I know people that have wonmyself not included YET. I hope this helps but if you have any questions shoot me an email. Im a nurse by trade, but fitness junkie by hobby.
Easy, I have the best thing for you. Try it and I swear you won t regret it. I don t know the exact name, but something called something like a reflexology wheel, it s like a flat wheel you stand on and it massages your feet by balls on it, and it s got magnets in it and you turn on it. I did it for about a week and my stomach got a little smaller but then I gave up trying to lose weight, but I am trying it again. I hope this helps.
So, here s thing...I don t know a darn thing about your conditions.....but I do know that anything that gets your heart rate up is a good thing. I like to do interval training. You work out the same amount of time as usual, but burn almost twice the calories. Run 2 minutes, walk 2 minutes, run 2 minutes, walk 2 minutes and so on...do this for 45 minutes at least 3-4 times a week...incorporate about 30 minutes of weight lifting twice a week to build lean muscle which in turn burns more fat when you aren t exercising. Weight lifting doesn t have to be with big fancy machines at a gym. Just your own body weight to lift yourself by doing pushups, squats, pull ups, ect.... Or even get some small hand weights.Another thing - don t expect results right away. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you should do it the healthy way. It will take at least 3 weeks to start seeing results. But....its totally worth it.
I want to tell this to EVERYONE:I tried this program and lost all the baby weight,I am 20 lbs lighter than I was BEFORE I even got pregnantIt s guaranteedand i swear it worksgive it a tryhttp://www.turnoffthefatgenes.com/?hop=j
try pilates it tons your stomach u can feel it right away try that check with dr first if can do it
Well, if you want a workout, I use the treadmill. My workout is this: Warm Up (five minutes)Jog on Incline (about a 3) until the little dots on the track (that visual thingy?) reach the half way point. Then run on no incline for the rest of that track thing. (i think one lap is a quarter mile) Then go back to jogging on it on incline, until the half way, and then run till the quarter mile is complete. I do this eight times, and then I change the distances. Instead of jogging, I walk at a fast pace, (on an incline of 2) for a quarter of the track, then i jog a quarter, walk a quarter, jog a quarter. And I do that for two laps around the track. And finally, i do a walk/run program. Same idea as the above, you can change the distances up. This generally takes about 45 minutes, but you can change the time and distances and speed. These are called FARTLETS (i dunno where that came from) and they are good. But tiring. I hope this works.
