I want a pill that can help me lose weight without working out.

That stuff doesn t really work. You just gain it all back next time you eat a little too much. If you really want to lose weight? ummm those laxative pills will clean you out pretty well! hahahaBut my suggestion: do some cardio! its a great way to lose weight. And you need some kind of muscle below that layer of fat so ceratin areas will look defined. so either way you re going to need to work out. You have to balance it out with cardio and some strength training.

omg its so hard not to eat but im trying to slow my meals down and not eat as bad and as much. i exercise almost every day doing sports and everything but is there anything i can do? I really want to lose about 8 pounds but its so hard because when im hungry my stomach takes over my mind and i usually dont stop it and i eat :D but i dont want to... so is there any tips or anything ? tyyy

Drink a lot of water. When you get that craving drink down some water and that will fill up your stomach for the time being. When you eat don t eat until you are full, that is what is hard for me but it works, then drink water and you will be fine. Eat small meals around 6 times a day. Good luck

just know that you CAN eat. just dont eat a lot of anything. salads are rly good, water ofcourse, its like no calories. people drink over like 500 calories a day, water is 0 calories, so thats already like, 500 calories out of your system, which adds up quickly, ya know...lolthe rubber band thing works, but for lunch if ur still in like school, i thinhk ur...just pack your own lunch. you should try peaches, they r rly sweet but still rly good. fruit is rly good for you to, and dont feel guilty if you eat a donut, or a bagel, or stuff, as long as you dont overdo it. excercising is great too

Wear and elastic band on your wrist, every time you feel hungry snap it. Your mind will associate snacking with hunger quite quickly. The healthier option would be to have a minute snack when you feel hungry. If you feel hungry within an hour, ping the elastic band.

Not as much as water. It also depends on what you are doing beside lime juice. If you are just drinking lime juice, it isn t healthy, but I am sure you ll lose weight. Actually, drinking lime juice, or a shot of apple cider vinegar, would produce the same reaction.Its the acid that builds up in your system, (provided that your not a beer drinker already), that will break down the fat. My buddy does it once a year, he will go for a month or so, and drink a shot of apple cider vinegar a day and lose a lot of weight...problem is, he doesnt change his eating habits, so he gains it back!Now, if your a beer drinker forget it! I ve not heard of lime juice, but I have heard that drinking a teaspoon of pure vinegar twice a day will help. I haven t personally tried it but have talked to people who have.

try taking lime juice with one spoon of honey(glass of water +3 spoon lemon juice freshly made +1 spoon honey ).. dont eat anything for 2hrs ....u can eat after that...u will surely loose weight....

losing weight fast isn t really the best way to go about it. a pound a week is what all you should be losing. if you lose more than that a week then it will pack on the weight quicker when you stop the diet. buuuut....if you want it quick go on a high protein low carb diet....around 80g of carbs a day. going for a 2 mile run a day which should only take around 15 min or so....everyone has time for that.
