Hello,Im based in Pune, India.I am 4 months post delivery now.I have put on weight.I was 52kgs pre-pregnancy and now 68kgs.I was thinking of weight loss programs.can anybody let me know their experiences in Body n Soul , inspirations , solaris or any other fitness centres?? Its kind of urgent..pls reply ASAP.

What is your favorite weight loss program? -

Do you like nutrisystem, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, or something else?

I ve done WW and it really works. The only thing I found hard was staying within my points.Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig both cost a lot of money. I tried Jenny Craig and it was $100 a week...to expensive for me.

I ve done weight watchers and it works really well. Really teaches you about portion control. You can have anything you want as long as you eat in moderation, so you don t have to deny yourself the things you love :)

Its called WORK!! get off your sorry butt and get a labor intensive job. The most important component is exercise. Make yourself do several aerobic exercises each day increasing the amount each week (or however long you feel you need) and distant exercise (running jogging) is good too. Then just remember to include healthy foods (lean meats, fruits, veggies) and reduce the amount of carbs (bread, cereal, pasta, sugar) you take in. Drink only water and lots of it. Every time you eat, eat only half of what you usually do and eat slow it will make you feel full alot faster. Whatever you do dont starve yourself it will slow your metabolism down and thats what burns fat, and of course jog or do some kind of exercise.

How can I lose weight quickly!? -

I weigh about 220lbs. Right now and I am targeting to weigh like 150 or 160 lbs! Please help! Thank you :)

Hi, I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. Therefore, I began the diet pills, which did not work; I ate the special diet foods and even began drinking diet beverages. None of this stuff worked for me, just as it does not work for millions of overweight people. Eating less did not work and I was not one to work out or even get up and do anything remotely related to exercise. I knew I would look silly and it would hurt. I never thought or really cared about the health effects this would have on me, back then. A year ago after a successful weight loss plan, now at 120 pounds, it is a major difference. I ve lost 30 pounds in the first month. The most significant change in my life is the amount of energy I now have and the way my clothes fit loosely. Everyone close to me and people I haven��t seen in a while are amazed and tell me that I look really good. This is a life changing experience for me although at first I was skeptical about the weight loss plan. Eat healthy, exercise- DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!! it s stupid and in the long run when you start to eat regularly again your body will preserve a lot of fat...MUCH harder to lose later in life.I swim, it s easy (for me) and fun. I do it 2 hours and a half a day (because i have tim And i m a physco path for it too) BUT just 30 mins a day or 3 times an hour would be just fine. Losing weight quickly is a bad goal. You should exercise for 30 minutes 3 times a day. Substitute chips with veggies. Don t have a goal to lose weight quickly. It takes time!

Cut the junk food, no soda, cut the sugars, eat more lean meats, and vegetables. If you want juice- go for fruit instead, juice is horible. You need to do some excercise (it will help burn the calories that you eat on a regular basis), so I d suggest starting with a half an hour walk and build it up to an hour.
