I need a plan....(overweight, physical disabilities)? -

Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas on a healthy weight loss plan that includes some very low impact exercises. I have back injuries and several problems that have to do with excess scar tissue. I find it very hard to work out and I m not sure of what I can do! I cannot afford to join a gym, either. Any suggestions on a low fat menu and low impact exercises would be awesome! Thank you. =)

If you can afford to get level 1 reiki training, i suggest you do it. it s around $40 out here, and they even give treatments for free, so you might find a similar deal where you are. at least look into it. deep breathing exercises are also very beneficial; spend about 5-10 minutes everyday focusing on using as much of your lungs as you can. over time, this will make you healthier and give a more positive attitude too. drinking water upon arising every morning (i do 6 cups, some people opt for 3, and some fanatics do a whole gallon; just be sure to be consistent and do it every day) also helps supply the body and flush toxins. when you start, if you re going to do more than 3 cups, be sure to be close to a toilet and give yourself a full hour after drinking; the first week or two will be full of urine, diarrhea, and other undesirable stuff being flushed from your body as your large intestines get filled with water for the first time in years. if you keep saturated and trans fats to under 20 grams a day, you ll be fine in that department; i d also suggest high protein, especially if you re going to do any of the exercises i m about to give.yoga(about 20 asanas held for about a minute each), pilates( a 50 minute workout), running(for 10 minutes starting), walking(for a half hour to start), 10 push-ups and sit-ups on waking and before retiring at night, or even just 25 jumping jacks a day will all begin to improve your muscle and health. All of these work great in combination with each other too, so experiment, and remember to get plenty of protein :)oh, and congrats for becoming one of the AMgood luck with your diet.

I m mildy disabled myself. Walking is the best exercise. Running is the WORST by far. Please ignore any advice that involves running. With previous injuries you do not want to impact your joints, no matter where. Reiki is not recognized as much more than quack medicine.Visit www.skepdic.com and use their alphabetical search to read more about it.Diet is important too. Counting calories, yes, but don t forget you need protein too. If you don t want meat, any beans such as pimento, kidney, black or lima beans provide plenty of protein. For good carbohydrates, long grain brown rice is great. Above all, please consult a professional nutrionist who is in a medical office. Quacks abound, and people get hurt. Avoid any herbal remedies well meaning people may mention. Unregulated, you don t know what ingredients are in those capsules.

The most important thing is to get a diet plan. I can t workout a lot because of my health, but I am able to lose weight when I have a very careful diet. I suggest counting calories. Go ahead and count up the calories you consume and see how much you need to cut out. You should eat no more than 2000 and 1200-1600 is great for losing weight. If you follow this, then you definitely will lose weight.Another great thing you can do is weight lifting. It burns a lot of fat and calories and is low-impact if you do it right. Buy some free weights and some ankle weights and try a bunch of different exercises. For cardio you can do walking, yoga, or pilates.

Just eat nothing but fruit, vegetables (except for potatoes) salad and fruit juice. You can eat as much of these as you want and make sure you eat a variety of different fruits and veg to get all the vitamins you need. You will never be hungry because you can eat as much as you like and still lose weight. I lost 2 stone in 3 months by doing this and more healthy and alive than I ever have. You can eat salads, roasted vegetables fruit salads, home made soups there are so many nice things to eat and just eat until you are full. No need to gorge yourself but you wont feel hungry. Make sure you drink lots of water! Cut out things like bread fried foods and also things like pasta as this will slow down your weight loss.I swear by this and it worked for me, so good luck to you, you can do it x

Best work out program with bulged disk? -

I have a bulged disk and i want to go back to the gym, what are some of the best workouts that will help aide in my weight loss program?

Anything that stretches the vertebrae. Hanging upside down, traction on a table. Working out may hurt it and cause permanent damage. If it s weight control you need, diet, walking, and ride a bike. All low impact.

Healthy weight loss? -

Many pounds per week is a healthy choice so that you keep the weight off? and what diet pills would work well with this?

2-3 pounds per week it is normal to lose up to 10 the first week but it is mostly water by the end of a month it is possible to be down 10-15 lbs....as far as diet pills i like the new xenadrine hardcore..i take 2 pills in the morning an 2 pills prior to working out.

no matter what, don t use diet pills

well, personally, i think diet pills are a dumb thing to do, because what happens when you stop taking them? you d have to constantly buy more. I suggest simply eating healthier, and getting active, maybe not always going to the gym or whatever, find something you like to do and won t get sick of too soon, maybe a sport, perhaps?

exercise and eat right

I suggest that you don t take diet pills at all. It is a lot better if you stay fit or loose weight the healthy way.but if really want to know I think xenical would do the job for you.you can buy those over the counter.but you know what, I think you can different types of exercise, sports and diet. Diet pills have bad side effects that could either affect your mood or your hormonal balance. It also causes your skin to feel dry and look dry.You know I m 8 pounds overweight and I dint mind.Dint work yourself so hard just because you think you don t look good. Looking good is a mind set.good luck..hope things would go well for you.

If all you are eating is fruit veg and cereal then I think your prob is that you arent eating enough and your body has gone into saving fat mode?Dont do pills.

You don t need diet pills, just a very sensible, healthy diet. For example, don t fry foods, grill them instead. Drink semi-skimmed or skimmed milk instead of full fat milk. I managed to loose 3 stone in weight over 10 months just by changing my cooking habits being more aware of what I was eating not over eating. It depends on how over weight you are as to how much weight you will loose initially - the more you have to loose, the quicker easier you will loose it in the first couple of weeks. A healthy amount to loose per week would be 2 pounds (approx 1kg)

Look never resort to pills. I went through this and it s 80% food for weight loss. You need to consume no more than 1200 calories. You need to exercise for 1.5 hours 6 days per week intensely. Follow this guide and I promise it works: There are many sensible diet plans out there. I would stick to a 1200 calorie diet that is low in fat sugar, low GI reduce carb intake after 4pm. Breakfast - oats in water with fruit like strawberriesMorn Snack - apple/pear (low GI)Lunch - multigrain roll with 50g lean meat saladsArvo Snack - low sugar low GI yogurtDinner - 100g grilled protein and vegies no starch types plenty of green leafy typesMake dinner interesting so you don t lose interest. Try to eat dinner before 6pm and have a max. 150g protein and heaps of vegies salads. Only drink water try about 2-3 litres and you will be on the road to weight loss. Exercise 3 cardio days - go running for one hour/do twice sessions of spin/boxing include cardio before and after your classes3 weight sessions - go to www.bodybuild.com you can find some great exercises make sure you find something for all muscle groups and use compund exercises as they burn more calories. The simple truth is that weight loss is all about balance. Calories in must be less than calories out. If you can be disciplined enough you will succeed!Avoid diet pills it s obvious to me that the problem is that you need to reduce portion sizes cause honestly this is how is works. I did the same thing for ages until someone sat me down and got through to me with the food side of things. Always be prepared so when you feel like being a little naught you have supplies on hand.

SPORT

here is information on weight loss. get back to me afer youcheck it out. http://www.glycotrim.com

if you are have 25 or more to lose you could lose up to 2 lbs a week. as you get closer to you goal ,it will then slack off to .5 - 1.0. the first few weeks, you lose water weight.

please don t use diet pills, they may give a brief spurt of weight loss (but often not!!). losing a few pounds a month means your body gets used to the new weight and you have more chance of keeping it off

Please don t use diet pills. You don t know what they are doing to your heart.just do it the old fashion way ,watch what your eating ,drink plenty of water ,and exercise

I really don t know how many pounds, I think it depends on yur body mass. I had a girlfriend that was going to a weight watchers program and she lost a lot of weight. Now she is taking Tahiti Trim 40. Check this web site out www.tni.com/2272248.

Losing one to two pounds per week is the safe amount to lose and if you change your diet to a Healthy eating one, more fruits, veggies, proteins, and less carbohydrates, and by exercising (try walking which doesn t require anything other than comfortable shoes)!! Stay away from the diet pills...too many side effects for a LOT of people. This doesn t treat the problem and could cause more!! Just switch to a healthier lifestyle and you will see a difference!! Good luck!!!

I am looking for ways to lose weight and i am 17. should i detox/cleanse? -

i am 5 6 and 200 pounds and i am sick of being so fat! i am changing the way i eat and i take fiberchoice weight management daily. but i have read that people have detoxed and such and have lost alot of weight purifying their body of toxins. am i too young to detox? and i need some pointers for fast healthy weight loss please?

I don t think it s neccesary to detox or cleanse the body...your body does this on it s own. It s no secret. If you eat too much and move too little you gain weight. If you eat less and move more you lose weight. It takes time, hard work and focus. You have to do some sort of exercise and you have to do it for a decent amount of time. You need to eat healthy foods and keep them low in calorie. I lost 20 lbs in 1 month doing this. Try not to look at how much you need to lose all at once. When I needed to lose 50lbs. I took it 4lbs at a time. I did what ever I could to lose 4lbs each week. Sometimes I lost only 2 and other times I lost as much as 6 but after a few months I was down 50lbs and I felt and looked great...and I wasn t worried about how I was gonna lose 50lbs any more. Good luck!

Since you are young losing weight should not be that hard. Stay away from sodas and fast food/fried food. You should also have an exercise routine that involves weights and cardio. If you make these lifestyle changes I am sure you will lose weight and keep it off. Fad diets and supplements don t work and are a waste of money.Good luck!

get liposuction

go to the gymwatch ur calories and no not really ur are about one year younger than u can detox

What is all this bs about cleansing? A reasonably healthy body does an excellent job of keeping itself clean even when abused ( cleansed ) by it s owner. Eat healthy, exercise, and drink when you re thirsty or just want to. That s all you need to do! Your fantastically designedbody will do the rest. And your wallet will be proud of you!

Question about diet pills? -

I know all healthy weight loss comes with hard work. Eating right, exercising, etc. But does anyone know of a pill that HONESTLY helps the process? I know there are a lot of fad pills. Looking for answers from people with experience.

Some medication is said to do it s thing but it s always limited and always temporary. I think they like it that way too. This way you can come back and buy more when everything you lost gets put back on...plus some when you stop buying them. Also... non-perscription pills don t care about you, or your diet, or any of your special needs. They only want to sell you high priced vitamins (because that s all most really are anyway) Your right: The ONLY way to do it right is eating properly and getting a adequate amount of exersize. Since you know this, stop looking for ways to cheat. Cheaters never win. Think about it.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

I lost 10 pounds quicker than I expected on this pill. I was eating healthy and exercising also, but this really did seem to speed up my weight loss faster than I ever lost weight before. http://www.alluralife.com/the-mall/produ

Well the perfect pills for you is zylotrim. You click on the source below to get more information.but these dietary pills are really good and it is natural and it does not have bad side effects.

Go to a naturopath. He has a substance(s) that reduce appetite. Also, eat protein to relieve hunger! And drink water.
