Your not fat. The word fat is waaaaay over used. Anyone who doesnt have a six pack is called fat. So sad. If your worried about it. Start lifting weights 3-4 times a week. Eat ALOT of high protien foods. Build some muscle and then call your brother pewny MUA HAHAHAHA! lol sorry : I

I have gained 10 pounds over the last few months. I take 500 mg metformin. I have changed my eating habits. I know that a low carb diet works, but I have tried it and its not for me.

I have two sisters with PCOS, and i didn t know that taking the medications made them gain weight. both sisters have been on Glucophage (sp) and it is working for them. One just had a check up about it everything is working. Could switching medications help? Just a suggestion!Good luck!

i have done it successfully following weight watchers. it is great cos it can fit with any lifestyle, and as i am breastfeeding, they had a special program for that too. in terms of exercise, i have only really been able to walk, nothing too strenuous, just out and about with baby in the pram. that helps mentally as well, just getting out of the house!

The only advice i can give you is try to walk as much as you can( room to room as much as possible, or take your baby swimming) but the key advice is losing the baby fat is way easier to do while your baby is little because if u wait, u may never get it off!! hope this helps and good luck with the number 1 struggle in life!! :-)

If you nurse your baby, it will help shrink your stomach. I don t understand why, but when you nurse your uterus contracts and it helps it return to its natural size.I took a lot of walks in the morning. Usually the baby would sleep.

exercise and eat better.......not sayin it to be mean...but instead of chips or junk go for fruits and veggies........I tried secure meal shakes along with acai berry detox pills and purecleanse pro pills and i have had luck so far...... I am a female and want to lose some weight and have been running on the treadmill and want to know what else I can do besides cardio. I want to do some extra workouts after like abs to help with the weightloss after I do the cardio. Anyone got any ideas what I can do?

So My daughter just turned a year old and i am still 12 lbs over what I was before i got pregnant. I have been trying everything. To eat healthier, avoiding white grain only eating whole wheat grains) cutting calories, but I cannot seem to find time to excercise. To add to what the others have said, I would like you to think about another little something. Your baby is only one year old. That s only 12 months. Now, it s natural for the female body to want to carry a little extra weight as a preparation mechanism to become pregnant again. If you are still breast feeding you don t need to worry at all about it. If you didn t breast feed or stopped too soon, use to be mothers would breast feed for at least 2-3 years, your body is still trying to deal with that. It s the natural process the system goes through. Also, if you are no longer breast feeding, you might be on birth control which will slow down the body from reforming itself. Try to relax with the situation and see if you can give it another 6 months to pull itself together. By the way, 12lbs isn t too bad after what your body went through. You did good.
