How to lose weight for softball??????????? -

I need to lose weight for softball tryouts, fast! how can i lose weight? Im mostly muscle but i need to lose the fat that i do have. what can i do (besides running about 2-3 miles 5 times a week and eating right) can i do to lose weight??? i have till about late march- mid april.

Please, people always call me freckle face and fatso, I try to ignore, but it s just I can t take it any more, I punched someone in the face, but I gopt into trouble.

First you are beautiful. You have to see it within yourself. Losing weight take it one day at a time and remember it will not happen overnight. Do what you can a little at a time if it means stop drinking sodas or at least cut it in half. Try to get your fruits veggies and exercise. Lose weight for yourself and no one else.

Cut out ALL of the pop. Drink only water. Watch how much butter and oils you use. Eat fresh things. Like fruit and veggies. You don t necessarily have to diet, just eat better.For beauty; what i do in the shower is i wash my hair like 2 or 3 times. Just to make sure it is clean. Start using whitening mouth wash and tooth paste (you ll have a pretty smile(: ). Take time on your make up and hair. Paint your nails. Pluck your eye brows. For the freckles there s not too much you can really do. use conceler i guess. I use bare mineral for my make up and i love it. Ok, I know HOW to lose weight, but it just really isn t working. I work out about an hour to an hour and half a day, usually swimming, trampoline, jogging, walking or tennis. I eat right, I have been eating three smalls meals a day. (foods low in calories and fat, and that are nutricious) I have been doing this for almost 4 weeks, and all that happened is I gained a pound and a half. What the heck??? I am not doing everything right?? I don t get why I am not losing the weight? I want to lose about 16lbs (about 133 at the moment) and nothing I do is really working. Well, you probably are at a good wieght. You don t need to lose any. But, if you strictly do a good cardio workout 3 - 5 times a week, that will probably give you the results you are looking for.

WII FIT is fun and a great way to get fit and as you are 14 you could get your mates to play it with you. To be quite honest with you, there is no easy way . I ve been in the same boat as you. I d exercise and eat right and wouldn t change even one ounce. I ve recently started Weight Watchers and I was amazed at how much it has really helped. Not that I m magically shedding the pounds, but its helped me to really pay attention to what I am eating. I always thought I didn t eat too bad before, but when you really look at all the nutritional facts (which you have to with weight watchers to determine the points), you realize how much crap you re eating. I d have one serving of macaroni and cheese thinking it wasn t so bad, but it was actually over 9 points (I get 30 points a day)! Its the little things. I go to the gym three days a week for an hour. On the days that I don t go to the gym, I do one of those 10 minute dancing work-out videos. Even if the pounds aren t rolling off, my energy level is through the roof!

I limit processed foods, but I still love my Sun Chips :) Breast feeding burns off about 500 calories a day for me, but I still go for walks as often as I can. I also have a two year old that I chase around, so that keeps me on my toes. With just having Noah, you could take him on a walk in your spare time with him in his stroller. Make it a daily walk thing for you and him.

writw down what you eat for a week and work out the average calorie intake you have for a day. your new diet should be reduced by 500 calories- bulk it out with vegetables and fruits and high fibresome foods. make sure your walks are brisk enough to get you out of breathe, and include some weight training exerscises to build muscle and metabolism.

yeah im a wrestler and ive had to lose lots of pounds in short times....basically 5 pounds isnt a problem...if your someone who isnt afraid to excersise i would buy a solar suit (sweat suit,workout suit}at walmart and get on an excersise bike for 10 to 20 minutes a day youll sweat all the weight off in no timeyou gotta drink alot of water( usually when you do this and drink alot of water you wont be able to eat as much as you usually can causing you to lose more weight crunches are good too for after the bike(or if your afraid to get a solar suit dont do it) but if you dont try goin with water and a salad every meal for just a week you can throw in a yogurt or something for dessert...its just a weak so either way wont hurt you considerably

you could stop eating at a ceratin time at night, like 7 or something. my sister tried that and she lost like 5 lb.s in ten days.
