I maintain my weight without dieting, will lose weight faster than average if i workout? -

i take in about 1800 calories a day and my weight has maintained for years but i want to lose weight and someone told me that since i eat the appropriate amount to maintain my weight that i wil lose weight easier and faster than someone that yoyos, yoyos with weight and with calorie intake.any info would be appreciated. i see the lodgic but wanted to see if anyone else has heard this and if it is true,maybe why if anyone knows. thanks

Will I lose weight fast with the following routine? -

BAD FREAKING IDEA!breakfast is the most important meal of the day! duhh! you need to eat a good breakfast to jump-start your metabolism. otherwise, when you actually do eat; the calories will immediately be stored as fat. so you need to eat breakfast. you can eat a small lunch and a small dinner. just make sure you aren t starving yourself. that can cause a lot of damage. running burns off a lot of fat, so if you need to lose weight i would run more. however, if you re just trying to get toned then the exercise plan sounds good.

lol breakfast is the most important meal of the day ... what so others arent? -.-I think the diet will be good, but too much exercise, because you won t have enough calories to burn, so either you increase calorie intake (by just another small snack) or you decrease the exercise (situps and jumping jacks)

use the audrey hepburn diet. at her fist arrival to start a film the director looked at her and was not pleased because she put on a lot of weight so he told her to eat nothing but beef and she lost 25 lbs. i m not sure if she worked out any but she used to ride around the hollywood lots on a regular pedal bike with a basket on the front and her little dog riding in the basket.

i meant the 2468 diet. where u eat 200 calories one day then 400 then 600 then 800 then back to 200 ???I actually lost about 7 pounds my first 6 days. I found it worked best if I added a fasting day and went 24680 to clear out my body. You ll weigh in lightest at your second 200 day either way though so thats when your going to want to climb on the scale.(the above answer was someone else)This diet was developed by anorexics.If you follow this diet you will lose 10lbs a month but... when you stop you will regain all you lost plus twenty pounds.I am speaking from personal experience and your body will be in shock for a long time. Hi, I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. hey... janet here.. hopefully my own personally story can be of some guidance/help to you..I m 5 8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months... i just had a baby girl at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem... so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach!
