I m 13 and weigh 195. I m 5 7 and I need to loose 20 pounds by the the 23 of august. Is this possible? If so, any good tips not involving pills or dietary supplemants?

Losing weight fast and in a healthy way is not as hard as people think. In fact, it can be pretty easy. Just cutting soda and sugary drinks from your diet COMPLETELY is just one awesome way to lose weight fast easy and healthily. (I lost 10 pounds alone only with that one change) That along with the other tips I m going to share below (all are very safe and healthy) and you will be on your way to easily losing the weight and keeping it off.As cliche as it may sound you gotta eat your veggies. Try and stay away from fried foods and fast food as much as possible, and other empty calories and foods that provide you no nutrients, like ice cream/candy/cake etc. Common sense goes a long way with what foods to eat and how to be healthy, so use it :)Building healthy eating habits and keeping the weight off in the long term is what you should really strive for. Also, make sure you don t count calories, it can drive you CRAZY! Just eat GOOD calories, and when your satisfied, stop eating. Try to eat more meals a day and portion them smaller, it really is proven to speed up your metabolism and burn fat way faster. If you mix this in with the other things I ve shared, you will be on your way to easily losing weight and keeping it off.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. okay so i have 2 months to lose as much weight as possible. I am 14. i just graduated and i saw the pictures and i look so horrible. i feel totally embaressed. i am ... 195 pounds and i wanna be 115 by september. please help. im getting a treadmill soon but i need a specific schedule. i cant go to a doctor, buy pills or tell my parents... its too wierd.

You re very young. If you weigh 195 i don t know how you would look at 115! Let s go for 150 to start out with. First of all you must start out slow with the exercises. That way you won t burn yourself out too quick.You must look at this in a long term situation. Don t just think of I ll do all of this in a hurry.No this is a life time thing.1. eat a measured breakfast Also remember you re not alone, many people are in the same boat as you are in. I don t think you can lose that much weight by September. But you can lose some weight if you eat sensibly (no radical crash diets) and exercise every day. There s no magic pill or trick to losing weight. Use your treadmill, you can build up speed and length of time as you go along, and cut the fat and junk food out of your diet. You can definitely make great strides in weight loss with just two months, but I doubt you ll get from 195 to 115 in that short a time. At least not without surgery or, you know.... chopping off a leg or something.I have NO idea what kind of food you eat, but it s a given that bad foods will only hinder your progress. I ll give you a few quick tips for successful weight loss:1.) MORE meals, but smaller portions: To keep your metabolism up, it s MUCH better to eat several small, healthy meals throughout the day as opposed to like 2-3 big meals. This can be a real pain, but make a schedule for yourself. Aim for 7-8 meals with the first one in the morning (like 6-7AM). Eat something like every 2.5 hours.2.) Drink LOTS of water: This is healthy on several levels, but it s also a good way to ensure that you won t binge eat because it fills you up as well as flushes you out.3.) If i wanted to lose weight fast? -

could i eat any little thing even if full of fat and sugar but eat very low calories like pb diet eating that amount of peanut butter but eating so low on calories that it reallly doesn t matter .

everything essentially is okay in moderation but your metabolism quite literally thrives on what you eat. Youd be better off on a restricted calorie diet....not of bad foods though. Peanut butter is high in protein but fatty and oily as well. Try a teaspoon of peanut butter with apples. It tastes good and is good for you. I mean, even if you just eat 100 calorie slice of cake...It s still cake and those are very empty calories. The key is making those calories count.

As long as you eat less calories than you use you will lose weight, even if the things you are eating are very heavy in calories-it all depends on how much of it you eat. A tiny bit of a very fattening food which contains 100cal will be less fattening that eating 500cal worth of carrots-which would also make you quite ill...and a little orange.

Is there a diet pill that will help me lose weight fast? -

Diet Pills are a waste of money. If you need a pill to give you a boost of energy try Vivarian Caffeine pills. Does the same exact thing. Fraction of the price. Or, Try the Medifast Diet from Take Shape for Life. You will lose weight quickly with little or no exercise. It was recommended by my Dr. and it is healthy. They teach you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours so you speed up your metabolism. I lost 25 lbs. from it so far.

actually, there is. but you do have to eat healthy. its called FAHRENHEIGHT. its not expensive , but i do reccomend that you excersize and eat healthy. dont expect do loose weight overnight. also the most dangerous thing you can do with this pill is starve yourself and take too many pills or even pills at all. most models do this, but they also end up in hospitals.

Well I have tried diet pills and they don t work. I have eaten more soy and that seems to help. I lost 5 lbs in a week on a soy diet. So Give it a try and eat more soy.

Best way to lose weight with no money, eat the right foods, doesn t have to be expensive, just use a rainbow diet . Eat veggies, fruits, carbs, protein all in a day, and drink water. Don t drink any soda. If you want to work out, running is really good, stretching, and if you want to use equipment and you have no money for it, try looking for apartment complexes, or if you live near a college, use their apartment complexes gyms, their usually open all the time.
