How can a 13 year old lose weight fast in a month?my weight is 185 lbs and im am 51.I cant exercise(no time)? -

I am a 21 year old college student with an overload of academics and writing a thesis.. If I find time to exercise four to five times a week, then you can. If you feel busy or stressed, it will make you feel a lot better. I used to hate exercise, but when I got in the habit, I LOVE IT NOW. Incorporate it into things you already love. You HAVE to exercise as a part of any healthy lifestyle. Eat whole grains, veggies and fruits.

Set your self a plan out. Do atleast 3 hours of excercise a week, the most effective in my oppinion wouldl either be cross country/track, or even simple push/sit ups. Also set your self out a meal plan. try to not go over 1500cals. eat lean meats, such as coldwater fish, turkey, chicken. Avoid sugary sweets, and carbs, these containg starchy fatty foods. You can either have you self 3 big meals a day, with nothing in between, abstinence is what people tend to call it. this tends to be quicker way of reducind fat.Or you can have balanced portions through out the day. about 5 i d say.Continue with water, youll also notice that in a week or so, your skin conditions will improve too! but to be honest, you have to put the effort in to ge tthe result out, good luck!

its not really a diet plan but i always eat 100 calorie packs (im eating one now) they have a lot of kinds like oreos, chips ahoy, cheezits, ding dongs, and even klondike bars!!! they are so good and guilt free
