Your weight is determined by your genes. It s very difficult to fight 3 million years of evolution. You have to do the opposite of what your body and mind are telling you to do. They are controlled by genes. They have a specific weight for you and you can only change that for a short period of time. They will eventually win out.Eat healthy and eat as little as you are comfortable with and take what you get.
Never buy into those diet programs. They are just fads. Eat fruits, veggies, lean meats, and beans. Drink only water (eight to twelve cups a day). Three small meals a day with snacks in between (only three hours between each meal/snack). Avoid fried foods, sodium (salt), sugar, and packaged foods. Just go walking everyday- fifteen minutes to start, twenty minutes the next day, and progress until you reach thirty minutes and instead run for ten minutes, then twenty minutes, and ect. No such thing as fast and easy. If you want to lose weight fast and healthily... eat like 1500 calories of healthy food a day and do a ton of exercise.
just pic your favorite vegie or fruit and eat that along with a baseball size of yogurt every 2-3 hours. along with exrcise. i lost around 8 pounds in like 3 days! trust me it will work. just make sure you are still getting your protein. try eating nuts in your yogurt. it s tasty and healthy. just remember to work out with it. GOOD LUCK!
