How can i lose weight fast and look good? -

im yonge but my bfs gone away from two weeks and when he come back i wanna surprise him. by loseing a bit of weight but i need a lil bit of help like what things i can eat and use to help me lose weight fast i do lots of exercise but i just need a lil bit more help.

If eating often helps you to lose weight faster...? -

then what s the point of anorexia? Is it when you eat a big meal once a day that your body begins to store fat? Or is it when you don t eat at all?I feel so ignorant asking these questions. I barely eat, but when I do it s a bigger meal and I figured I would ve lost weight but it all stays on. I excercise, as well, and I still can t manage to lose weight! Is it because I eat so poorly? Should I eat more?!

It will go into starvation mode and store food as fat for survival and energy supply..Eat 5-6 small meals (oatmeal and some almonds, chicken breast, spinach and a small salad with avacado, salmon and asparagus) that are well balanced with protein, healthy fats and a complex carb, eat every 3-4 hours, drink plenty of water, exercise..and you WILL notice a difference. You won t be hungry all the time, you ll have lots of energy, your metabolism will be faster and you ll lose weight (especially if eating the right amount of calories).
