Whats the healthy way to lose weight? but fast? -

I am 13 yrs old... and i want to lose weight fast but healthy.. i know thiers probibly no such thing but I can t continue to look this way please help me find the body i want!

You re quite right - there is no healthy and fast way to lose weight. Finding the body you want is not something that appears overnight. when i was your age i was pretty overweight, fortunately my mom started doing weight watchers and put the whole family on it. between doing the diet, i made a few exceptions on my own because of my age (like i didn t count milk points) and doing the origional tae-bo i went from a size 16 to a size 10 over summer vacation. this was completely healthy, the reason i lost so fast was because my metabolism started working faster and better. just remember that you need to make a life change to lose the weight, not a momentary diet.

go to youtube and find a good exercise video, they work or go jogging often maybe at least three times a week, but that will take longer. Or try this: lie on ur back with palms flat on da floor at ur side. bend ur knees and tuck heels under ur butt. then use ur ab muscles to roll ur knees toward ur chest , lifting ur tailbone. do about 20 times each day.at least.

Athletes eat enormous amounts of food due to high exercise regimes. The more you exercise the more you can eat. However the healthier you eat the leaner you will become.

i m not just saying this because you need to eat healthier, but this is so true..... you ve got to get your taste buds used to better food. it s hard at first, but you can train your mouth, your stomach, and your brain to actually like the lower fat, lower calorie foods. it s all about what you have allowed your body to become accustomed to. do it gradually. start by reducing the fat % of your milk gradually until you can enjoy the fat free. if you continue in this way with other foods as well, then before you know it you won t even like the taste of the fattier foods. this really works, I promise. cut back everywhere you see that you can. use no calorie sugar substitutes, drink diet drinks, wheat bread and pasta instead of regular, so on and so on...good luck. YOU CAN DO IT.

Burgers are good tasting, not good for you. Ya can t lose weight fast in a healthy way anyway, and sure are unlikely to do it eating fast food/junk food (I love that stuff too, but it s not conducive to weightloss or good fitness).Eat lean meat/protien, fresh fruits and veggies, whole grain products, healthy fats, and drink lots of water. That s a lifestyle change to get the weight off and keep it off, especially if you pair it with regular exercise.Good luck!

I m in the same boat. I lost weight once before but I gained it back because I got lazy. Anyhow exercise is the key. You usually can eat what you like in moderation as long as you exercise. Get your heartrate up and keep it up for extended periods of time will burn a lot of calories.

I Need to lose weight! Excercise routine? diet? I need something that actually works and fast!? -

I m 15 and am travelling to Melbourne soon but what I d like most in te world is to be able to wear a bikini cofidently while I m there. This is my motivation but I really need to know ow to lose weight fast because I m running out of time, we re talking 2 months to lose as much weight as possible. The areas needed targeting is stomach,thighs and butt. PLEASE help!

1. Cardio 30 minutes to 60 minutes a day (biking, swimming, running/jogging)2. watch calories. 1,300 calorie diet should be effective but thats depending on how much you weight right now.3. cut soda....drink water or other drinks w/ not as much sugar and cals.4. Be able to tell the difference between hunger and appetite Hunger is when your body is telling you you need to eat.....your stomach usually growls.Appetite is when your not necessarily hungry, more like you are just craving some kind of food.Some people eat when they are bored so you must be able to take your emotions away from your stomach. do the atkins diet look it up on google its easy if you love meat. you drop weight fast! really fast! Im having the same problem as you but im not traveling any where ive done the atkins several times it works.

Its not much of the dieting and crazy workouts. You can basically eat anything you want, you just need to know how much of it. Find out how many colories you eat a day and eat a coupple hundred calories less. For example, if you are eaitng 1,500 calories a day, you should try eating 1,300 a day. Eat as much fruits and vegetables you can. When you go to eat a meal, read the nutrition facts and try to make sure there is less than 300gm/g of anything other than the vitamins per meal or snack you have. As for excercise, cardio is the best for weight loss. Go online or buy a book with cardio workouts. If you want only those parts of your body, look for those specific workouts that target that. You can also dance, it works out your legs and stomach, and your back. as for your butt, you can do squats and lunges. those are magic if you put your time and effort. They also work the lower stomach and legs. :]

First if you already haven t, switch to diet soda. That made me lose at least 10 pounds in the first month because i drank so many! Diet Dr. Pepper is my favorite, that s the only one i found that doesn t taste diety. But water would be a better choose. Then i eat lean cuisine meals. Around 3 a day and i give myself set times to eat. Just because i found that i eat out of boredom, not hunger. So you don t really have to that. They aren t that expensive, at my walmart they are 2 for 4$. For snacks i eat those 100 calorie packs, pickles, almonds, dried fruit, cereal bars...i mean the list goes on. There is tons of food/snack food that are low fat/calories you just have to look a little bit harder. Ive just now started walking on the treadmill too, usually about 1 or 2 miles a day. That s all for work outs, haha. I limit myself to 1000 calories a day. So far i tend to lose round 5 LBs a week.

Well really you are at a healthy weight... your BMI is like 24.5, which is healthy... and 100 pounds is underweight. So you are still growing and plus you are too young to be worrying about weight! How can I lose weight fast and safely? -

I m 13 and I want to lose at least 15 pounds. Te reason I want to lose weight is because in June, my class is going to Dorney park, and I want to look good in my swim suit. Also, I just want to look pretty, and cubby is Not pretty.Can someone PLEASE help me!!!

The key is diet diet and exercise.You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. being healthy is more important than being skinny. Plus, being a little chubby can be pretty depending on how you carry yourself. If you walk around all sluggish and self conscious then you are gonna be unattractive. If you carry yourself with confidence though, you re going to be beautiful to people.
