hello !!!!1I M 21 and I m 5ft9 and 149 pounds.I want to lose 15 more pounds. I do cardio traning everyday for 30 min. Is that enough or do I need to work out longer? and what is the best way to lose 15 pounds?

Change your routine. Do cardio for longer distances or longer time, its your choice but change it up. Do strength training. It is a proven fact that if you add some kind of weight/resistance training than you will raise your metabolism and burn more fat. Do sprints. What you re doing is great so far- try working active things into your day even more, and spread it out throuout your day if you can. Try changing your eating habits to more fruits and vegetables, less red meat and sugas and fats. You re a pretty good wight for your height... don t try to lose too much!

no you dont understand to drink water. You need to drink a **** TON of water. When your getting hungry drink a couple glasses of water then see if your still hungry. IF you are eat vegetables and fruits.

Okay. This is how i lost my weight. and it really really helps!!Start, working out in the mornings when you get up, get you a workout video (denise austin) from your local wal-mart, target, k-mart whatever. Worked out 3 times a week for about 30 mins a day, in between these workouts, take 30 seconds to let your body get recoverd from working out and yea, drinks lots and lots of water, cut of the pop, if you want a soad, drink one can of diet pop a day, no more. Don t eat nothing after 7. Instead of eating a full meal, eat half of it. A good tip, drink a full 8 ounce glass of water before each meal, and more than likly your gonna find ur self with left overs, (i do) it helps to fill you up, so you don t eat as much. Do this for a bout two weeks, keep up dont let off the workouts and everything else, it will help i promise. I ve lost alot of weight by doing this. also, if you live where its warm or you have a warm day, take a walk, walk about a mile to a mile and half a day then of course do the workouts and everything else i ve told you. That is a lot of weight to lose by April. You can lose a good amount though. The basic to remember is Eat Less Move More . Even sitting in class you can bounce your legs- that will burn calories. Give up sodas/sugared drinks- you can lose 5 lbs fast doing that! Find a diet soda you like to replace it or just go to water, which won t make you still crave sweet. Well if you want fast results you can try the master cleanse diet (body detox) which consits of you do not eating any food for a period of 7 days or longer...if not cut back on sugar, greasy, and carbs...

I cut out carbs except for one meal per day. Breakfast is low-fat yogurt with some berries. Banana or Apple at about 11. Lunch is a home-made sandwich with beef/ham and some lettuce tomato and cucumber. Dinner is fruit/veg and protein. Been going to the gym 3 days a week in addition and been losing about 2kg/week. If you join a gym, make an appointment with the instructor and tell them your goals. They are the best help. Good luck.

Hmm i actually swear by a program called hip hop abs...i love it..i do have a tummy and yea don t like to exercise but I m almost done with week one on Saturday because u only do it six days a week...and i had these jeans i wanted to wear to my school orientation and they were really tight so i started hip hop abs again and when the day came to put the pants on (two days later) they fit and were comfortable and loose in most of my problem areas i.e thighs and hips...but today i went to the mall and i had to pick out a pair a jean..but the only ones they had were a size smaller than the ones i usually wear...so i was like OK ill just try it.... remember its only day five and i tried the pants on and they fit really well they;re even loose in some areas...but there is a diet plan but yea i don t follow it..i just drink lots of water and try to stay under 2000 calories...and once u get going like there was a few days when i wanted to quit but then i just reminded myself of how much better and happier i have been these last few days and yea I m still working out..actually in about an hour I m gonna go do the thirty minute video..but yea i ABSOLUTELY SWEAR by this even if u are over weight.. it doesn t only give u a better figure it makes u feel a lot better in the way u dress and about yourself..*this is a true story*
