How to lose weight every week ? -

Did i do good on my 1st day of dieting?breakfast:2 apples,orange juice(220 cal)lunch:chicken salad(400 cal)snack:granola bar,1 mango(180 cal)dinner:roasted chicken,1 1/2 cup white rice,steamed vegatables(595)total:near 1400 caloriesthis is what i do every day:i do 30 min cardio in the morning.and another 45 in the evening.plus 25 curls-ups.a couple of times a week i would play sportswith friends for an hourcan i lose at least 2-3 lbs a week by doing so?

Yes. You are doing great. Drink alot of water also. Very healthy what you are doing. Keep the commitment.

If your goal is to lose weight, dont take any protein, its common sense. Also Protein shakes can make you fatter if you dont lift right. Start by your changing your diet, its more important than weightlifting

It is what it says....a cleanse. Depending on the type you get, colon or total body. Total body hits your colon and liver. I just started Cleansesmart from Renew Life. I got it at the health store for $20.00 and it works wonders. It makes you poo a whole bunch. I lost ten pounds from it and I am near the end of the bottle. You will see some weird and interesting droppings....very weird! It is best not to buy the ones of the Internet, because once they have your credit card they might charge your card every month.

How does a 13 year old girl lose weight fast? -

so my story is just like everyone else s, but i want someone to answer me staright on, if that makes sense. I think i am fat. all my friends say i am skinny, but thats becasue i suck my gut in. i want to lose weight by this summer so i can wear all the cute bikini s like my friends! HELP ME PLEASE !

Just add little things into your regular life. For example, take the stairs instead of the elevators, walk around during commercials, move about whenever you can, etc. Eat a little less, count calories, exercise, etc. These things will not help you lose weight fast. The fastest way to lose weight is to stop eating altogether, which isn t recommended. Just try to be healthy! And, honestly, if all it takes to convince your friends that you are thin is sucking in your gut, you are not as fat as you are leading us to believe. Try to have more confidence and don t listen to the losers who are telling you to eat fancy/expensive thing to lose weight; just exercise more and eat less. It s better for you, especially at our age.

don t lose weight for other people, but my best advice is, like your body in general then work to get rid of some leg fat if you think that s the fattest part of you body or if it s your stomach do crunches.

never lose weight fast. It will make you fatter later in life.

How can i lose weight fast? -

i have a really slow metabolism, and i cant seem to lose weight when i work out. any ideas on anything to help me lose weight?

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. Your metabolism isn t fixed, you can speed it up, just by exercising regularly. Before I started driving I realised that it took just as long to get the bus to work as it would to walk it! So started walking the 5k a day, with some good fast beat tunes in my head I felt great!Thing is, all that stopped after the wedding and passing my driving test, but I was still doing some physical work in the evening, and that was enough to keep my metabolism up, so I was still losing weight! It only all went wrong when I stopped exercising all together. So best thing, exercise every day, even if just for half an hour, make sure you get a bit out of breath. Well I have a friend who was like... 240 lbs or something, this was 3-4 months ago mind you... now he weighs about 180 lbs... he was a big guy, now he s skinnier than me... well anyway, he changed up his whole diet, counted calories etc... exercises every day now! those diets you see on the interweb don t work, people are stubborn though and think following those diets will make you lose weight, they do... in exchange for things your body needs to be healthy and stuffs! but once you go off that short *** diet you re right back to munchin anything you want.

write down every thing you eat and work out the calories , try and keep your meals under 300 cals , the evening meal should be a t least 400 cals. i keep mine under or at 1000 a day and i have lost 8lbs in three weeks.also 5 inch of my breasts 3 inch off my waist and 4 ich off my upper leg.

PuT On Diet every night, do fitness exercise every morning, go to fitness center......or if deppresed....do the liposuction....
