How to lose weight naturally and keep it off? -

I want to know how to lose weight fast naturally and keep it off. I found a good free ebook at http://weightlosshelpcenter.blogspot.com/ thats good but wanted to know if I should try some of the fast weight loss pills on the market? I want to lose like 50 pounds by the end of the week. Thanks

You want to lose 50 pounds by the end of the week... and today is Saturday. Unless you undergo lipo suction it is impossible. Also taking pills is NOT natural, eat healthy, drink tea/water no soda or high sugar drinks.

if you re gona take a weight loss pill.. isn t that not losing weight naturally? i think the natural way is just to combine a goot diet of lots of fruits and veggies w/ aerobic exercises

Drink Green Tea

Start a diet - any diet you find and like, as many of them are really working. I can suggest you Winter diet as you can eat as much as you want.Exercise - it can be just walk (5 km per day at the beginning), run, dance, swimIf you would like to continue - change the diet after two weeks - start new one, continuing exercising. The secret is the body not to get used with the particular dietwww best-fat-burn-strategies com (for Winter diet and tips)Good luck!

Are you serious? You can t lose 50 pounds in a week. I ve lost 30 pounds since december first by cutting my calorie intake and running or an hour a day and that s conside3red good. 50 in a week is physically impossible.

Its a lot simpler then people make it out to be, all you have to do is burn more calories than you eat, weight lifting doesn t help much for weight loss, long runs are good (4-7 miles isn t as hard as you might think). Make sure you eat small yet regular meals DON T SKIP MEALS it turns your body on to starvation mode and starts storing fat. However unless your a wrestler or something I would not advise losing 50 pounds in one week it is VERY unhealthy, I would say 2-3 weeks MINIMUM.

How To Lose Weight Befor Middle School? -

First of all, talk to your parents about it and ask them to help you. Weight loss is an overall process and there are no magic answers. Pay no attention to weight loss supplements and pills and all the latest fads. You need to think about many factors but most of them are related to issues we ve known about for a very long time. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.Make a few additional small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can t get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one. In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. Vary your routines. Don t eat the same number of calories every day (vary your calories from 1400 a day to 1900 or 2000 some days), eat a variety of foods, and do different kinds and amounts of exercise. You will lose weight much more efficiently if you mix things up from time to time so that your body doesn t adjust to any one routine. An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.Check out websites about nutrition, exercise, weight training, etc.

My girlfriend tried all sorts of different diets and products, most without success. Her friend let her try out a new Acai Berry product she was using and she now swears by it.Shes lost over 13 pounds already, most of the weight went from her tummy, hips, bottom and thighs. Apparently the Acai Berry flushes all the waste out your system and cleanses your body of toxins and bacteria. She got her own supply for free too, only had to pay a few dollars for shipping. Here s their site if you want to check it out: http://tr.im/h5Wp

How to lost weight fast around the waist? -

I am trying to lose weight due to my birthday coming up and I am going to Vegas. I was on antidepressants (due to sleep problems) and gained 15 really fast. How do I lose my stomach and gain some abs in the next six weeks? I changed my eating habits and exercise what am I doing wrong? Should I detox?

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weightevenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight inspecific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they areyour problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will haveto work double on them. The best approach is this:1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normalweight, lower for overweight).2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.3. Target your problem areas with exercises.an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on astool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make surethat it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or youwill damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of yourbody back, until it s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second andmove it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week addto the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - sixpack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than thesecrunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results ATALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Try cardio of course. That will help with overall fat loss. Eat low carb with lots of protein and veggies. No soda. That will help with the belly fat. Crunches and any ab exercises u can think of or find. You should lose tons of belly fat in weeks. Not to mention the vegas heat will help you sweat about 10 pounds lol I live in vegas (off and on for 10 yrs) so trust me I know lol hope this helps

u cant target fat loss it happens everywhere at oncea good low calorie, limited carb, no sugar diet and lots of cardioNO dont detox, its just a stupid fad, u just prob need to change ur diet even more. Diet is the KEY to fat loss.

The best way to lose weight is to be as active as possible. Find a hobby that you enjoy and stick with it. With summer coming up, it s ideal timing. There s biking, swimming, hiking, tennis, skating, you name it---find what you enjoy and do it! This will keep more weight off of you in the long run than anything else, as well as making you healthier and feel better. Nothing wrong with snacking a lot. Most people who stay thin eat more like six small meals a day, rather than three large. It s supposed to be better for your metabolism to eat every few hours. The key is to not eat a whole lot at once, and to choose your snacks wisely. Go with whole-grain options when it s something bread, and eat a lot of fruits and veggies that you like as snacks. Yogurt is a good option too.And PLEASE blow these dummies off who are recommending that you take a supplement. At 13, you don t need to be putting any of that crap into your body. Take care of your body. Once it s ruined, there s no going back.

You don t need to use diet products to lose weight. In fact, you don t even need to diet . Here s an advice:Don t skip breakfast. Eating a healthy breakfast can help you eat in moderation at lunch and dinner. A high-fiber, low-fat breakfast may make a major contribution to a total reduced food intake for the day.Losing weight is simply a matter of limiting calories consumed and burning off more calories with exercise and daily activities. Also, eating Negative Calorie Foods is great way to lose weight.Check out http://loseweightsite.net It has an article on Negative Calorie Foods and to monitor your calorie consumption and daily activity, http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov

What is the best diet pill to lose weight fast??????? -

Hi There -The best one that I have found is EZ Body Slimmer and it is sold the cheapest at the link below:http://www.shopit.com/w8lossstudio/produWhat I have found to be good about the is product is that there isnt a stimulant used in the product such as caffeine, ephedra, mauang (sp?), etc, but instead all natural herbs. It is the blend of the herbs that suppress your appetite, without feeling completely cracked out, or feeling anxiety, like you are going to jump our of your skin. The best part is that it is only one pill per day and and you can sleep at night! The biggest problem my girlfriends have had is remembering to eat!

I think pills that is made out of natural ingredients will actually work better and safer. I heard caralluma is one of the best diet pills. It is made from Caralluma fimbriata which is a succulent plant, in the cactus family, that has been used as a natural appetite suppressant in India for centuries. It s a new arrival in the family of cactii and succulent plants that are becoming increasingly popular for their appetite suppressant, and weight loss properties, as well as their ability to lower blood sugar.Caralluma fimbriata is believed to block the activity of several enzymes, which then blocks the formation of fat, forcing fat reserves to be burned. Caralluma fimbriata is also believed to have an effect on the appetite control mechanism of the brain.for a free trial, just visit their site

Take a look on the back of any diet pill on the market and it will tell you to diet and exercise while taking the pill. Most of them tell you to take them before a meal with a glass of water. Well, lets stop and think about this... if you drink water before every meal it will fill you up so you don t eat as much. Then if you diet and exercise, like the pill wants you to, you will lose weight. Think logically, and it s free. Diet and exercise are the only ways to lose weight and to keep it off, any doctor will tell you this for free and they are not trying to sell you some fancy product or dangerous pill. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. The only way to lose a pound is to eliminate the 3,500 calories from your diet whether it be through exercising or consuming less. (eg. you cut 500 calories from your diet a day and you lose a pound in a week) Do some research on calorie counting, make sure you find out how many calories you need a day and your calorie deficit. This site will help you start and it will give you a rough idea of how long it will take. http://www.caloriecheckbook.com/self_***It is also very dangerous to consume less than 1,200 calories a day. Your body will go into starvation mode and it will actually store fat for energy. You will more than likely end up binge eating and gaining the weight back. There are no quick and easy ways to lose weight.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace. com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

I use Advocare s MNS Max 3 weight loss pills. I lost 10 lbs. the first week, and 6 last week. They don t make you all jittery because they don;t have ephedra or anything like that in them. They are mainly high powered vitamins. I also drink the Spark Drink they have for energy before workouts and cause it s yummy!! lol

i know a great one! it s called exerciseinstead . You don t even have to go to a pharmacy for it! =D

stop the carbs........drink lots of water.....excersize.pills are not a quick fix.
