I would like to know how I can lose weight fast for the Air Force.? -

Can anyone help me on how i can lose weight?? i need to lose about 35 pounds. Serious answers only.

Hi, I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. Therefore, I began the diet pills, which did not work; I ate the special diet foods and even began drinking diet beverages. None of this stuff worked for me, just as it does not work for millions of overweight people. Eating less did not work and I was not one to work out or even get up and do anything remotely related to exercise. I knew I would look silly and it would hurt. I was in your exact position last year. I was only 10lbs overweight and thats not that bad right? I wanted to be normal as well so I cut out snacking. I also skipped meals but don t do that. I lost two stone in the end. And you will probably lose just what you need by cutting out snacks. Don t skip meals though. Its now a hard to break habit and you don t want that. well i depends how much u want o lose and how determined u r. But try eating 1000 cals but don t eat late at night, stop eating at 6 0 clock. Do at LEAST an hour of hard core excercise a day. Do toning excercises like sit-ups, leg rises etc. Do stop cravings eat chewing gum, low cal ice lollies, diet sodas etc. Also make sure you don t eat a lot of saturated fat. The reccommended is 20g so try and eat less than that, NEVER over or you will still gain even though u had 1000cals. Use ur 1000 cals wisely, don t waste them all on a slice of cake, spread them out through the day by eating fruit and veggies plus foods with a lot of fibre. Have small meals regulary to keep ur metabolism up plus u won t be as likely to break ur diet. Find a person who s body u admire like a celeb or someone, stick their picture somwhere u will see it a lot to motivate u. Good luck on ur weight loss hope i helped. How can I lose weight easy , safe, and healthily? -

Im 15 and I weigh 150 lbs. I want to be 120 lbs and I am 5 6. How can I lose weight fast, easy, and safe?

start going jogging as often as possible but don t run every single day. you need to rest 1-3 days a week atleast. and on top of running do some excercise to help build muscle- crunches, bicyles, etc. once you start building muscle and getting rid of fat then don t pay attention to weight as much because muscle weighs more than fat. your doctor knows what would help you the most. It will take alot of perseverence!goodlluck

a few simple tricks areFORGET about juice and soda. most juices are FULL of sugarand labels are very tricky. juice concentrate is useless to you and basically another word for sugar. if you love juice though check in the refrigerated section (cuz if it contains real juice it wouldn t be able to stay in the center section w/o spoiling) typically all you can have is OJ though.also fruits are an easy way to satisfy sweet tooth cravings. esp since its berry season in the summer.i ballooned up bec. of the freshmen 15 (and then some) in college and had to do some damage control.make simple attainable goals. for instance i told myself i would at least do cardio three times a week. anything else i looked at as bonus such as weight training and yoga. try to mix it up with cardio tapes, jogging, biking, etc. set external goals besides the scale like increased conditioning and so forth. oh and also some monetary incentive doesn t hurt. i told myself with for the total amount of lbs lost i would multiply that by two. that number would be my magic dress number. so with that number i would splurge into my savings and buy a dress. so if i only lost ten lbs X 2 and i could only use $20 dollars to buy a dress but if you lost thirty then we were getting some where :D also finding a friend to join you, that is serious is good. but i have never been able too so it always becomes a tease. since it is sooooooo much more fun to do it with a friend.

Just eat natural foods, and less. Salad, fruit, vegetables. Eat three meals a day, because you still need nutrition, but just eat healthy and exercise. Run, do push-ups, crunches, and whatever else you can find to do when you get up and go to bed.

The kind of problem you re referring to is not really a weight issue. You should consider liposuction for love handles. Personally, love handles don t bother me..... but if they bother you, dieting probably won t help much since you re already thin.I hope this helps!

Well starvation is never the answer it allways ends up in attacking the refridgerator, I lost weight by cutting down to extra lean meat , 2% reduced milk, (raw) veggies, and sugar free chocolate. Recent studies have shown that actually eating breakfast helps lose weight.

The best way is side crunches. You can t get those off without exersize. Lay on your back, and do a regular crunch, but twist your elbow toward your opposite knee. Then repeat to the other knee. Do 25 reps 2X day and you won t have those handles in a month!
