im 16 yrs old girl,like to lose weight by june 28th,before the school reopens.currently im 56kg,height 148cm.my friends are mostly tall and slim.i like to lose down weight to 48kg,and i want to reach my height over 150cm...that s my aim.i want to have a tips on lose weight faster and healthier.and i want the answer as soon as possible.thank you!

well first replace any drinks with water! this helps more than you know. start your day with 15 push ups and 15 sit ups. then do a little running to kill some calories. throughout the day get as much movement as possible. take the stairs. walk to the store. if you have a food craving, cold water sepress the feeling. gradually work your way up to 30-35 push ups and crunches everyday. add a push up and sit up every day.you lll get better at it. you can still have things like chicken. try grilling your chicken and add a nice salad under it with some healthy dressingg. ranch lovers try fat free ranch. work out with a buddie! un with a friend! it keeps you motivated and gives you something to discuss! i really hope this helps! you should drop the weight in a month if you keep to it!

Well that sounds unhealthy. Fast weight loss only leads to fast weight gain and it can be hard for your skin to bounce back if you are a large person losing a lot of weight. Also, eating healthy is often more about better choices than volume alone. I was reading everyone s answers. I don t know how to lose weight fast but remember if you eat too few calories your body goes into starvation mode and all that starving yourself will be for nothing. I would eat 1300-1500 calories a day and work out since you burn a lot of calories even after your done working out. It boosts your metabolism. Good luck and do it the healthy way!

I don t get it. How long did it take you to gain the weight? How do you expect to loose it any faster? It just doesn t work that way. Any way that you come up with to loose weight fast will be unhealthy. The only fast way to loose weight is to loose muscle or water weight wich means the only thing left is fat. Your weight on the scale may go down but your body fat percentage will only go up. You need to accept the fact that it took a while to gain the weigh and it will take a while to loose it. Make lifestyle changes. Diets don t work because as soon as you come off your diet you go right back to what ever it was that made you gain the weight in the first place.

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. Generally, as many have said teens have a higher metabolism than adults but there are some adults that are able to maintain their metabolism rate. It more depends on the person and their own rates; teens are normally better at lossing weight.
