Healthy weight loss? -

I want to loose bout 30 kgs in about one and half month. Tell me the best healthy weight loss methord like 3-4 kgs? i gained weight because of heavy food and lack of exercise actually no exercise, but that was in a different country. now iam in such a envoirnment that work out is possible so plz give some tips to loose weight .
