What are your best weight loss tips? -

Obvioulsy i know its hard work eating healthy and exercise but any advice anyone can give me would be awesome. My mum said if i lose 15 kilos she ll buy me a WII so thats my incentive lol. I m actually addicted to food though the same way that a druggie is addicted to drugs, whats the best way i could train myself to stop thinking about food everytime im bored. Also excercise tips for beginners lol!!
