Which one Medifast, Cinch, or Nutri System?? -

Ok well my mom is planning on buying me some weight loss program. Which of those is the best? I need to lose 30 lbs. by August 4. I m 15, 5 1, and weigh 135 lbs.

weight loss programs are quite similar to each other and will apply to some and not to other. so if u have to pick one, throw a dice :) good luck!
