just try cutting back on the amount of food he is consuming,and it is important to eat more fruit and veg.Also try taking at first small amounts of exersize,and then gradually build up.Try swimming that is a great form of exersize,if he is really overweight,the water will help him.The most important thing is not to give up easily,keep trying,i am sure he will get there in the end.There is not fast cure i am afraid,Good Luck

I think he should just eat when ever he wants but eat healthy foods and do daily exercises with him so he feels supported. Throw away everything in your cupboard that is junk and fill it all with fruit and vegetables. Drink alot of water ( it fills you up and your thirst...trust me ) WHATEVER YOU DO DON T TAKE DIET PILLS!!!! It is really bad for your heart and your health! The YMCA is good! The exercise helps alot and take a music player with you and water to rock on while exercising, I hope I helped!!
There are sooo many diets out there that will help you lose weight fast. However, they cut calories so much that most people can t stick to them very long and end up gaining all the weight back. It s all about lifestyle change and learning how to be healthy. Taking a pill may help you lose weight, but it doesn t teach you how to keep the weight from coming back. Weight Watchers is a great plan. You eat normal food, not prepared food, diet shakes, etc. You re allowed to eat all kinds of foods and not cut out entire food groups, all sweets, etc. If he has a lot of weight to lose it can be hard to do on your own. Weight Watcher meetings are proven to help dieters. People share their success stories, recipes and discuss their challenges. If he wants to do this on his own, I would suggest eating lean protein, fruits, vegetables. Carbs like oatmeal, rice, sweet potatoes, pasta are fine in moderation. You don t want to cut out an entire food group. Most importantly try to stay off processed foods which consists mainly of chips, cookies, fast food and prepackaged snacks. Eat healthy and exercise and he can t help but lose weight. Any type of exercise is fine as long as he gets some activity.
