It s defiantly not fat, my boyfriend is about 57.5 /5 8 and the same. Though he gained a couple of pounds because we ve had really big meals all week.(I actually kind of like it, he s not fat but right now it s enough that I can grab onto when we cuddle though he hates it xD. Plus mine went back to it s normal flat self while he s still carrying it, it s a little bit of a serves you right because he always goes on about how he has a fast metabolism)but anyways the best weight for you disclosing extra muscle would be around 135-145 and be slim you re just at the point where your not a skinny guy but your thinThough even guys have areas where they tend to gain weight, if for you it s your tummy I m guessing you have a tiny beer belly don t worry you can t see it under clothes if you dress right and if it s small(which it would seem) it s not noticableThough if your the type of guy who gains all around you probably have some love handles going on. But it s cute :D I m the kind of person who likes to grab onto things at all times so I like this :Dunless you have folds or your tummy is spilling over it s nothing to fuss aboutif your so upset about it just watch what you ve been eating, if you ve been having large meals or ton s of junk have a detox day or two where you eat light and somewhat less of what you d normally eat and get up and excercise.If it s not your diet than just try being more active.And if it s not from any of those it might be water weight, weight just from having a large meal, or muscle weight since it weighs more.But don t worry your not even chubby
