Is there a safe weight loss pill? -

I am wanting to loss weight before my husband comes back from his deployment. I have been working out almost everyday now for about 2 months and eating healthy and nothing has changed, I have not lost any weight, and haven t dropped any sizes. My mother suggested a weight loss pill. Does anyone know if a healthy weight loss pill that actaully works, and you will see results pretty fast?

Many people eat healthy foods , but still in the wrong quantities. I know it s a pain to do, but counting calories really makes it painfully obvious where you re getting those extra calories that you don t need from which are preventing you from losing weight. Write down everything you eat every day. Make sure you measure out portions sizes with a small scale or measuring cups and spoons - most people overestimate by 30% or more, so don t guess. Aim to eat no fewer than 1200 and no more than 1500 calories each day. Also make sure you re getting the correct balance of foods - most people over do the grains (you only need 6 servings a day, and when an average bagel contains 3-4 servings these days it s really easy to see how people over do it. Pasta is another one that fools so many - a serving of pasta is just 1/2 cup. Most people sit down to 1.5-2 cups at dinner). Most people also under do it when it comes to veggies - we re supposed to be getting about 2.5 cups of veggies and 1.5 cups of fruit a day, which is a lot more than the average person does. Also watch your juice intake (1/3 cup of apple juice is a serving size equivalent to a whole apple, but most people drink a huge glass because it s a healthy food), and if you re eating any meal replacement, or quasi-healthy bars make sure you read the calorie content carefully. You re much better to have a salad with chicken on it than these bars. Plan ahead and have small snacks between meals (counting the calories of course), to keep hunger at bay. If you dine out, look up the nutritional information for the restaurant ahead of time to pick something healthier to eat. You ll also find that most restaurants are serving enough for a full 2-3 people on every plate these days which is part of the reason as a society we ve forgotten what a proper serving looks like. Keeping your calories low does work pretty fast. I managed to lose just 16lbs over several months before starting with a dietitian. What I described to you above is what she s been teaching me to do - and I ve now lost just a little over 2lbs a week for just over 4 months now. Diet pills don t fix the problem - even if they cause you to lose a little bit of weight, even if they were safe, they d still don t teach you really how to eat properly and in the correct portion sizes. At best, they buy you some time, but time and not knowing how to eat properly will catch up with you and the weight will come right back on when you stop taking the pills.

There are many safe weight loss pills honestly especially natural pills like Acai Berry. You should check out http://writearticlesmakemoney.net/archives/79This product will help you lose weight quickly by increasing your metabolism and suppressing your hunger :)

Is there a safe weight loss pill? NO!

NO. Please don t take a weight loss pill. Many that are on the market have adverse side effects and can actually in the long run kill you. Plus, when you take weight loss pills the results are not permanent. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to exercise and eat several, small healthy meals a day. (or better yet, eat when your HUNGRY) I put hungry in bold because most of us (including myself) eat when were not hungry. When you exercise its better to start off slow (maybe go for a bike ride? or get on a tredmill and jog for 2 minutes, then walk for 10 at a time.) Now when you say that you have been working out almost everyday and eating healthy for 2 months are you being honest with yourself? I m not trying to be critical, but I used to say the same thing to myself all the time before I lose 50 lbs. When you exercise, are you only working out for 10 minutes a day and then you tell yourself you ll do more later but you don t go back to do it? When you say you eat healthy do you just eat less of junk food? (I used to do this all the time! lol). Sometimes you kind of just have to suck it up and take responsibility for your actions and admit to yourself where you have made your faults before you can really progress. However, there are cases where people do everything right and they have great difficulty getting the weight off. Sometimes when you have a hypothyroid you have a very slow metabolism and it is very difficult to get the weight off. You can go to a doctor and have him run a bloodtest to make sure you have normal blood readings and if you do have an abnormal thyroid he can give you medication to normalize your thyroid levels. Sometimes, you may think you are doing all the right exercises but maybe you aren t doing the correct workout routines that is right for your body. In this case, it would be a good idea to see a trainer. Also, you might want to see a dietition (sp?) to help you lose weight too.It also helps if you can get yourself into a hobby that really gets you moving. I love horseback riding and its great exercise. Maybe there is a group you can join in your area that will get you having fun and losing weight? like a biking group? or a swimming group (swimming is some of the best exercise you can do for your body!!) for me, when I exercise with a friend the time goes by much faster and I really enjoy myself more! The one thing that you won t like to hear is weight that comes off really quickly is not going to be permanent :( but I don t want to lie to you and give you false hope. Weight loss pills are not only deadly but give you false results. Once you stop taking the pills at your ideal weight you will put all the weight back on because your body has been depending on the pill to keep the weight off at that point.I hope all of this has helped you. Don t give up hope! I KNOW you can drop the weight with the advice I have given you above. I also have seen that weight many times is connected to emotional issues. Like people will suddenly see that they put on a lot of weight after the death of a friend, parent or even pet to cope with the pain. After talking out their emotional issues, often times they can drop weight. This is no different for some who have had weight issues their whole life. Those who have been teased at school from a young age can develop eating disorders (like gorging or starving) to deal with the emotional trauma. But many have talked about their eating problems with others and once they can heal themselves they are often able to let go of the weight. A book I would reccommend is secrets of a former fat girl by Lisa Delaney. (website below) http://www.formerfatgirl.com/blog/2008/01/short-and-sweet-my-new-blogging-mantra.html the book is about her lifetime struggle with weight but how she was able to drop around 70 lbs through exercise, eating right and dealing with her own emotional issues around food and what she did to accomplish this task. here is a website that you can register for free with where you can find and talk to people in a similar predictament as yourself. I find that talking about your issues with eating and getting the frustration out with someone who understands can really help you. http://www.buddyslim.com/I hope this helps! don t give up hope! it is possible to lose weight with exercise and eating healthy!!
