here is my tip to you: in the morning, straight after you wake up do not have breakfast and go on a run. this is beneficial because you body has not recieved nutrients for a long time and therefore they we be depleted, therefore the body looks for an alternative source of energy - FAT. Apart from the obvious of not eating a lot and doing cardiovascular exercise then you should be alright.
Exercise is key, and eat healthily- cut down on chocolate, sweets and fatty foods. A very important thing to remember is to never miss out a meal on purpose, never starve yourself because you ll put on more weight than you had before and drink plenty of waterThis is a great plan to base your weight loss on:Breakfast: Toast/Cereal and fruit salad. Apple juice/waterLunch: Source of protein, carbohydrate and veggiesSnack: Yoghurts for stronger bones (calcium)Tea: Protein source carbs, veggies. And for pudding have fruit and low fat yoghurt.Exercise: Gym once a week and go for a jog or ride your bike a couple of times a week, do yoga or go for a swim!Good luck xxx
