Im a 14 year old girl, 5quot;9 123 pounds...? -

I was 133 pounds about 2 months ago, and i just recently became 123... i dont know if thats healthy weight loss or not.

Your not eating enough. You body needs lots of minerals and Vitamins. And not all snacks are bad. You should try having fruits or vegtables for some snacks.
