Weight loss tips? -

I need to lose 20-30 pounds or even more then that within about a month or two. At this point I don t even care about whether or not it s healthy, I just need to get it done. Any tips?

Okay, this is probably not too healthy so I suggest you take vitamins and check with your physician to make sure you don t have any serious health issues first. It is also quite tough for the first two days, but you follow this for only 10 days, so you will get the quick results. It is the Master Cleanser Diet or the Lemonade Diet. Here is what you need:Fresh organic lemons Grade-C Maple Syrup Sea salt Cayenne pepper in powder form Bottled water 1. Ok well when you say you don t care if its healthy or not is not good. Make sure it is healthy. When your healthy and in good shape, you will loose wait. It is somewhat simple. First to start your day off maybe have some oatmeal. Or some fruit and a yogurt. After that go on a walk.At some points go fast. And I know people don t like going up hill but defenitly try that. I know it is tiring but it is one of the best exersizes. So make sure you try that often. For lunch maybe have a small salad. If you like it without dressing that is good but if you can only eat it with dressing then only put a little on. Make sure not to put to much toppings on it. Like bacon bits. People don t need that to have a good salad. Maybe add a little diced tomatoes. For dinner maybe have somthing like a small amount of noodles. This should help! Best of luck!

it depends on your body condition.somebody may respond to diet,but some may not.if u do,please be on diet.control your diet.do not take carbohydrate and fat together in your meal.do not eat anything after 7pm as well.together with appropriate exercise.pls don run too much.ur leg muscles wil be hypertrophied.it looks ugly!

exersize for at least an hour everyday, drink lots and lots of water, eat grains, fruits, uncooked veggies, meat and low fat dairy. NO JUNK FOOD. read food labels, and don t eat any trans fats. you will see the results!

drink alot of water, dont eat after 6 pm, stay awy from bread rice... no need for pills
