I was checking out James Zeta s 18 lbs in 4 days weight loss program and it sounds awesome... i was just wondering, is there any way that i don t have to pay to watch the videos step by step? if there is no way, does anybody mind typing to me what the day by day steps are? Thanks!

18 lbs in four days? not happening!! it is impossible to lose that much weight that fast, when you lose a lot of weight fast its majority water... look to do it the healthy way
