Which is better??? please help? -

what is the best weight loss program?eg. weight watchers, jennycraig (stuff like that)

Just exercise 1-2 hours a day (mostly aerobic). Eat smart, fruits, veges, not a huge piece of cake, small servings.

The key for losing weight is not difficult - consume less food and workout more - the issues appear when we in reality try to put that into operation! There are a lot of stumbling blocks in the real world don t you think?!
