me my mother and my aunt are starting our own weight loss program between the 3 of us we would like to lose about 200 total pounds, and we d like to have a little push something to work towards, but not food related, every 20 lbs. or so... we know once we hit our half way mark we re going to a resort for a weekend, but I would like a little input from all you wonderful people, smaller or larger in value than the weekend get-a-way a nice mix of it all, um, a little more detail, my mom is 44, I m 18 and my aunt is 52... they both want to lose about 50 lbs, and need to lose about 100 lbs. we just started today and would like to get this together... so any help, for incentives, small big or in between... thanks so much!
a weekend get away to a casino if you like that kind of stuff. Or to a big shopping mall in another town that s a nice drive away. Get a room go out to eat and shop w/o the hassle of kids or hubbys.Do you live in a town where they have plays? If not go see a play. Do you like history? Go to a historical site near you that you always wanted to go to but haven t.Good luck. Ive lost 70 lbs, so I know you can do it.Look in the papers for treadmills now. People that aren t sticking to their New Years resolutions are selling them cheap. I got one for $75
