heres the plain and simple fact.........diet and exercise its that easy.......now that said you may not be able to lose that much weight in that amount of time but some is better then none and by that time you will have developed a healthy habit. the trick is to burn more calories then you take in. so you would have to lose 18 lbs a month. well you can eat 5 SMALL meals a day and exercise 2 hours a day. its good to eat every few hours but it has to be something healthy like brown rice and vegetables and fruits, eat lots of fruits. eat an array of fruits for breakfast.

Start by cutting off all the junk, pop, and sugars. I mean white, brown, yellow, molasses, honey, syrups, etc. Go to your local health food store and buy Stevia , the powdered form. It is an almost 0 calories sugar substitute from a plant with no side effects like Splenda or similar. This will save you from sugar cravings. Eat sugar free cereal -read the labels-in the morning with fat-fat free milk or Soya milk. Oats is the simplest and add the tip of a teaspoon of stevia and powdered cinnamon. You will learn how much you need. Avoid fruit juices, the body treats them as sugar water, eat the whole fruit instead; always 20 minutes before a meal. If you already ate wait 2 hours. Make sure there is always home made vegetable soup for you. It is very calming for cravings. It is warm so you feel you are having a meal. You may add 1/3 cup of cooked whole wheat noodles to a large bowl of vegetable soup. Easy with the potatoes in the soup, just a little bit is OK.Eat slowly...Over chew all your food. Time yourself so it is no less than 20 minutes from start to finish. Use a teaspoon instead of regular cutlery at home. You will be amazed of how less you actually need.Eat only whole wheat bread and limit the amount to 2-3 slices per day. Avoid all pastries. Instead eat fruit and fat-free yogurt with some berries and stevia. It is heavenly, filling, and very safe for dieting. On your main meal there shall be first of all a large bowl of vegetable soup, your protein never fried, but cooked, baked, boiled, lot s of steam vegetables, use fat free salsa for a topping, a good green salad with a good quality low fat dressing and perhaps a slice of whole wheat bread. Choose lean meats, preferably white. No skin with your chicken. Drink a lot of water. I always have a jar of lemonade made with real lemons in the fridge with stevia , again, it feels like you are drinking with sugar, it tastes great and free of calories. Buy herbal teas for a change sometimes.Avoid coffee (I didn t say drink less, I said avoid, no more), caffeine in general is out if you want to loose weight. Carry a fruit or two wherever you go and your container with your lemonade or herbal tea with stevia. Have stevia tablets with you always. Don t go to the supermarket hungry. Make a dip for veggies with a bunch of spinach, steam cooked and pressed out all the water with clean hands, chop and add one L of fat free yogurt, 1 tsp of minced garlic, sea salt and 1/2 C of chopped cilantro. It is great and is perfect for raw veggies snacks.Find a place with long stairs and climb stairs for 20 minutes to start , then use your one hour. Stretch first very well your legs. Go up crossing the legs, as you step up with the right leg cross it beyond the left foot and vice verse, this is extra work for your inner thighs.
