Please help. Im a 13 year old boy and i need good weight loss tips.? -

Wel im a 13 year old male, im 5 7 and 190 pounds. Although im more out than wide. But i really want to loose this weight since im tired of the criticism plus itd be better for me :]. So if i can get some good excercise or diet tips that i can use to loose weight fast. thanks.

Make sure to always choose water over any other beverage....others wise you d be wasting calories by drinking them. Don t eat things with high sugar or salt level....they will cause weight gain and bloating if not paired with adequate exercises. Also think of food portions, try not to eat a lot of just one thing.Don t eat right before you go to bed....anything you eat should be at least one to two hours before bed otherwise you won t burn off the calories. Also just try and be active...take walks(maybe some running)....play basketball, maybe some weights, oh and situps and that kind of thing. Your young, just don t do any of those fad diets or any of those protein shakes, those have been known to cause serious health problems.Best of luck to you :]

awww :D hi!!!o my goodness!!! ok so my lil sis is 13 1/2. shes 5 4 and weighs 169 lbs. she joined tennis bout 3 months ago and started eating healthy, goin 2 the gym w/ me (im 15) etc. and now shes 152 lbs! losing weight isnt that hard but it doesnt happen ovr nite! u wanna try 2 do as much as u can but not 2 much that its health threatning :D JOIN A SPORT! thats a rlly easy way to get back into shape... and ya...a healthy weight for ur height and age is 103-146 lbs... 54 lbs isnt too much to lose! :D anyways here r some good sites for stuff like this:http://www.kidshealth.org/http://www.teenweightlossclub.com/andhttp://mayoclinic.com/health/teen-weight-loss/WT00012(btw my sis is a part of the teen weightloss club haha but she says its great :D)best of luck 2 u!!!!!!hope i helped,-MiA!!!
