run run run run and watch what yuo eat but don t skip meal you will only get hungryer and eat more
excersize 3-4 times a week. cut out all drinks besides water, green tea, black coffee. only eat lean meats, fruits, veggies, nuts (for protien) and eat small meals (5-6) you should loose weight in about 2 weeks ( and it s a healthy way) or if you want to do the unhealthy thing than just drink water and excersize like crazy and you ll lose it in no time.
