well you should put it at a speed you feel comfortable at. I m saying one that is not to slow because you need some speed to burn some fat and stuff. but not to fast that you may hurt yourself. i usually set mine to about 5.hope this helps..:)

idk, treadmills all have different speeds then the others. Definitely increase the incline though. That make your booty tight!
