Hey there :)Im Female, 14, 5 6 and 160 pounds.Im starting a healthy diet of 1200 calories.I want to go on the treadmill 1 hour a day, 5 days a week.I lose 800 calories like that.Is 800 calories okay if eating 1200 calories?I also walk every where. Im really fond of walking so i don t take any type of transport. Even if it s 6 miles away :)Id like to lose 10 pounds every month.It s a healthy weight loss goal.So am i burning enough on the treadmill?Thanks loads :)xox.
its good, i think your calories is good, just excercise a hour a day you will see a difference and keep to a balance diet which is most important otherwise you wont see a result if you eat in mass
DONT USE THE MILL, go with the eliptical machine burns 3x more calories
