honestly yes you would lose weight, but keeping it off is up to you. u need to say to urself, im done with this life style and i want to change once you go by those words you ll be happier than ever

Not only will you gain it back, but you cannot live on slimfast forever because it does not provide all the nutrients that you need to keep your metabolism functioning properly. It is possible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and accept that if you lose weight fast then you will probably put it all back on again just as fast. No you won t be able to keep it off unless you are willing to make changes to your lifestyle. It s more than just trying diets and using a weight loss product. You have to actually incorporate more activity, better food choices, proper food proportions and drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day for the rest of your life.
No it will not stay off. Take a second and think. Exercise and better eating will lead to weight loss. Fasting is ridiculous and dangerous. Anyone who thinks you can lose obscene amounts of weight in a short period of times is not very intelligent. Do it right and you will keep the weight off.
dont fast its not worth it. It sucks, its bad for you and it will only make you miserable. Just eat smaller portions every three hours and eat until you are satisfied so you don t binge. That s what diets lead you to do....and WALk WALK WALK and ues dumbells or get a workout video and make that apart of your dailey routine even if you hate it...it will make you happier in the long run.
