Is this a healthy weight loss plan???HELP!!!? -

I want to loose some weight so I ll tell you about my plan. I m 5 3 and 110 pounds. First your all gonna say your weight is fine well I m chubby so I need that chubbiness to go away thats the only reason I m loosing weight. Everyday for 30 minutes I will exercise on the gazelle machine. I will walk 1 hour and 30 minutes everyday. I ll eat healthy by eating more fruits. I m gonna low calories foods. Everyday I eat 2000 calories but I want to eat about 1200 to 1500 calories everyday. How can I do that because I get really hungry after a while so I need tips to control my hunger. What foods can I eat that are low calories and will keep me full. Are there any other things I should do on my plan?

Because you will be exercising so much, you will not need 1200-1500 claories, you will need at least 2000. I play sports year around and I know thta I need at least 2000, or I will not be getting the nutrition I need. The fruits are a good idea though, and remember to drink lots of water!

You have to change something if you want to lose weight. Do some weight training and drink so extra water.

That what I m going to try to do. I m not fat but I would like to loose weight. I don t know how to control my calories I eat whatever, but I don t eat candy unless there is some in the house which is like rare. That sounds like a good plan to me ! In school my health teacher told us to go on this site....[listed in sources] it will help you balance your diet. Tell you what is right to eat for you and stuff.also if you eat a lot of junk food, STOP.I threw my away and when you are craving it just have like a little piece of candy or a chip (:
