don t eat lunch for a while. i haven t been for a while now and i lost half a stone... used to be 8 stone, (50/51kg) now i m 7 and a half stone (48kg). Plus now my appetite is really small so the weight keeps going...eat a really good breakfast and skip lunch, and then just eat a bit for dinner, but not that much. and definitely DO NOT eat just before bed that s really bad for you, cause it goes straight to fat as you don t burn calories when your asleep.

If you loose a couple pounds you will be invisible. Eat a healthy balanced diet and get some exercise, don t smoke or drink. this is either a joke or your anorexic or somethignyou are a really nice size and stuff you dont need to loose weight im guesing your quite young and loosing a stone or two will make you unattractive so keep on all the weight u have since you dont have much it makes you look healthier and feel better
You are underweight.Maybe spend some time gaining some self asteem, there is no reason why you should loose more weight.
